Yes, each label is 3 7/6 x 1 1/4 inches in size.
I've never tried to write on these labels with dry erase markers.
I've discovered that only Hi-Def is worth it. The work of Polymer Eraser. My permanent marker of choice is a black Shrapie. I like how these can be used again and again.
Because the stickers are white, they will not show through the color of the file folder. After half a school year on tabs, Sharpie still erases beautifully.

I work in an environment where I must reuse folders and rename them. I'm sick of peeling off old labels and having them fall off. These stick incredibly well and are completely erasable! You simply write on them with a thin permanent marker, and when you need to change it, you simply erase it with a pencil or other handheld regular eraser. So cool! I've been able to save a lot of money on labels as a result of this.
It's useful for renaming folders that are frequently used. The marker was easily erased and no traces of the previous marker were left behind. Make certain to purchase white erasers with a high polymer content.
This is something I'm using at work, and it's fantastic.
Good, but not machine washable (the Jokari Label Once brand is dishwasher safe) and difficult to remove when needed. Nonetheless, they are adequate for my needs.
I've used them and they've held up well in my files. I had to go over everything again. The erasable feature is useful for naming specific files.
They are ideal for the purpose for which I require them.
