What is the serration on the blade?

The answer is yes.

It was just delivered to me. Despite its shortness, the "Center Support" (metal bar) cannot fit on the rack. Why is this the case?

You need to bend your arms back straight to fix your problem

What does the blade look like? Is it supposed to have a serrated edge? It didn't come with a serrated blade, so I had to get one. This question has probably been answered before with the answer "Yes, it does?". ?

Please accept my apologies of ordering this for someone at work and not using it. Although it looks like the edge is serrated, I don't think it is

The diameter of the shaft that passes through the rolls is how big is it? Could you please tell me if this works with different core diameters?

The item was damaged, bent out of shape, and could not stand up on its own

shipping box was in good condition and didn't show any signs of damage during shipping. There was a lot of damage to the inner box that contained the dispenser. Besides being dirty and bent out of shape, the dispenser itself was also dirty. Any surface it sat on was too uneven for it to sit flat.

An item of such poor quality can be found here. The "MADE IN USA" sticker is misleading, as I found out the hard way. The data I used to interpret that as quality implied a good product, but not here. There are a number of components made of incredibly thin metal, so thin that you need to pull away the paper cutter using both hands at the same time or it will twist and pop off the table. Several jams began. As shown in the photo, both black upright pieces were totally bent out of shape, and the cutter was not attached to the upright pieces. The thin metal and the spring-loaded parts caused me to be concerned that I would cut myself during assembling. It wasn't the blade because there is no blade, but the thin metal and the spring loaded parts. As a result of the blade's absence, the paper offers a torn appearance. We're not impressed, and have no idea where all the 5* reviews came.

It does not possess a cutter, nor is it particularly heavy duty

When a "cutter" is mentioned, it is referred to as a square 90-degree cut An edge that is unsharpened is 30 degrees. When you pull the paper to cut it, the holder itself will give way and topple over since there is not much weight in it. If you are not careful and slow, this may happen. Although a 175 square foot paper roll will be more sturdy if it is heavier, I don't think it will be as strong as a heavier roll. The following is stated in feet. I was unable to cut the roll of butcher paper because it was too light and it was too light to pull hard. In summary, this product had a poor overall quality for me because the paper would not cut with a clean edge without taking the extra effort.

It is not heavy duty and China made but it has an American sticker on it

The product came to me bent with missing parts, very cheap. U can bend a support bracket like no other. If you're not careful, I bet it will break or fall apart before you get half way through it.
