Is the inside (usable) length of 20 inches or the outside length of 20 inches? What are the dimensions of the inside and outside?

Inside usable length is 20". The outside temperature was just over 21°F, while the inside temperature was around 20°F. 25". I've been using mine as a storage container and am very pleased with them.

Stains from Grease! I'm an artist, and I wanted to make sure I could safely ship my art prints for holiday sales, so I ordered these shipping tubes

I was relieved to receive the tubes so quickly, but I was disappointed to discover grease marks and stains inside each one. I'm unable to use them because I am uncomfortable sending high-quality prints in filthy tubes. It makes me appear to be a poor artist.

They're sturdy enough to get the job done, and they're a little lighter than the ones I used before, which means I'll save even more money on postage. These are something I'd buy again.
