Wonderful correspondence

It was simple to put together, the quality was excellent, and the price was reasonable. I considered making something similar myself, but by the time I factored in materials, hardware, stain, and other costs, I'd have spent nearly twice as much as I did for this ready-to-assemble item. I bought it as a birthday present for my mother, who lives alone, and she requested that I hang it right outside her front door. It's very convenient for her to be able to keep her keys, a facemask, a small purse, and her dog's leash all close to the door so she doesn't forget anything, and she can stow her mail or other larger items in the top slot as she comes and goes.

The package was damaged when it arrived

Mine had a lot of chips and scratches on it when it arrived. Returning it was not worth my gas and time. I really like the item; my only complaint is that it is damaged.

The hooks do not appear to be as shown

It's a tad darker than I had anticipated. The item has brass hooks instead of the bronze hooks shown. For me, it completely transforms the look. I'll be replacing them because, while I like the sorter in general, I bought this one specifically for the bronze hooks.

Well, they forgot to include the hooks with this product, which was the entire reason I bought it in the first place. This was supposed to be a place for me to hang my keys, but I don't have any hooks. I'm extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in myself for squandering money on this. Don't ever buy anything from them.
