These bags aren't meant to be used for anything more than a few hours. storing anything for a long period of time- Photographs, documents, and other mementos from your family can be found here.
I use them to decorate cookies, but I see no reason why you couldn't use them to make soap. They're fantastic small bags.

UPDATED FROM A ONE-STAR REVIEW TO A THREE-STAR REVIEW: br>Because of the quality of these bags, I reordered more from this seller, and I've already changed how I package to use the first order. br>br>They did change their bags to accommodate a 4"x6" card, but the quality has suffered significantly. For my purposes, it's not a big deal, but it's disappointing. They're a little thinner, and the edges are a little rougher. They do, however, stay together well. I'm stuck with 200 bags that aren't usable and were misrepresented in every way. I am a dissatisfied client. If the item you want to put in the bag is smaller than 4x6, you should be fine. They appear to be thick and well-defined.
I've previously ordered the 5x7 size from Pack It Chick and was pleased with the smooth edges. That's what I was expecting from these 8x10 sleeves, based on the image. They aren't at all like that. They have a dotted edge, which I don't like, but other than that they are of good quality, as you can see in the picture I included. 8x10 photos or art prints look great in this frame. They're a little bigger than an 8x10, so there's plenty of room. The value is excellent for the price, as you get 200 items for the same price as most others I've seen. The presentation is the only reason I gave it a four-star rating. The 5x7 sleeves are slightly smaller than 5 1/4 x 7 1/4 inches and are ideal for 5x7 prints. They are my favorite sleeve for this size.
The adhesive sticks to the package and won't come off easily unless you carefully pull it up, at which point it will open and you can reseal it. In the car with the kids, I forgot to put a shirt in a closed bag. It was put through the wringer, but it came out on top! Extremely long lasting. As soon as I run out, I will definitely order more.
I bought these sleeves to package cards for my etsy shop (nikalola), and I was disappointed by the strange "perforated" edges of the sleeves, which resembled sheet protectors. My 4x6 sleeves have a more professional appearance. They also do not "match" my other ones because they open from the top rather than the side. br>Returning them would have cost me nearly the entire purchase price, so whether I like them or not, I'm going to use them for the next 200 cards:.

5x5. The pocket is just a smidgeon under 9 inches long. As a result, sealing it may cause the item's top to bend (or result in a crooked top seal). I'm going to return them and replace them with a different brand in a larger size. br>They are extremely clear, and the price was reasonable, so I gave them a star.
