I tested it on several papers and it adhered to all without damaging them. In addition to following knitting and embroidery patterns that frequently need to be moved, I also use it while watching TV. As a student, I wish I had it back then, since it would have been very useful.
It can be removed very easily. On ANY SUFACE, it seems as if it never existed. They look great on whiteboards, student papers, posters, etc. I am a teacher and I use them for all kinds of things, they are great!

The audio quality is OK, but it is a bit shaky. To mark and hang my knitting patterns, I always relied on a magnetic board and linear magnets - they were my favorite devices. This tape had been a mystery to me until I found it. I now consider this tape my go-to pattern marker because I can remove and reposition it seemingly endlessly as I progress through the pattern chart. It is so much lighter than other pattern markers that it has become my new go-to.
Edited to add I have been using this yellow tape for quite some time now. It is a bit worn. It was the blue version of the same brand of tape that I had previously used, and I was able to use it for decades. I could remove and reposition the blue tape as I moved along my chart, and it stayed intact. The yellow tape did not do the same. It will take some testing to see if there is that much of a difference in the strength of the tape due to the color. We will have more information to share in the future.
I tried it in an old, out of print book This is a great product, it goes down well, it is removable without damaging the page, and it is brightly colored. If this tape was available as a non-commercial product, I would be delighted In addition to the tape coming in several sizes, this would be a destructive method of highlighting. As it has a width about the same as regular tape, it highlights two lines On average, I highlight 3 lines at a time in a book when what I really want is to highlight one at a time. Unfortunately, it seems the only option is to use a highlighter.
The tapes on this tape are a must have for any college student who rents books. In my school's bookstore, I rented several books for a class and my school's policy did not allow me to make any marks in I was amazed at how well this tape turned out. I liked the easy to use interface and how it showed the text properly. Although I would have had to agree that my highlighter was a little large if I only wanted to highlight one line of text, it took up about three lines but I wasn't bothered by that issue. It was difficult for me to remove the tape when it was time to do so. While I did find that I had to slowly remove it to avoid any rips of the underneath paper, this also wasn't a big issue since however fast one ripped it, the underneath paper would also be removed with it.
In general, the sheerness of the paper is fine. It is not difficult to remove, but on thinner paper sometimes it can be tricky to do so. When I need a piece of work to last, I have a difficult time gauging how long I need it to be. I may be the only one who feels that way. I'll probably just keep the books I read and use a highlighter to highlight them.
There is a sticky residue left behind on my textbook after the tape has been removed. Although I only placed the tape for a minute or two and smoothly removed it, I saw patches of sticky on the pages. I also noticed how the thin pages stuck to each other when pressing them I was disappointed because the rest of the tape worked just as well.
My first row marker was a magnetic row marker (which worked fine in the past), but I switched to this so I didn't have to keep moving it. You're doing a great job. During the course of my project, I reused each strip multiple times with only a few loose edges near the end.
When I realized that this was not the same one I had been using for years, I almost panicked. In any case, everything is fine now.
