Although this is marketed as whiteboard tape, it does the job on paper as well. I had a hard time finding tape that was so thin that I could use for dividing. On the whiteboard calendar in the kitchen, I put it to separate schedule notes for the various people as well, and I liked how it worked for doing so. Color had always been one of my favorite hobbies as a kid I coded their school supplies so they would be easy to remember and also engage me on more than one level. I love how thick it is and how colorfast it is. I was writing on the board but the tapes started coming off when I started writing. Then I would have to replace it every day if I wanted it on my board all the time.

That's not that bad. That must be amazing because 1/8" is thin. The hair tie is about the same thickness as the hair tie. As others have noted, the stuff does not stick well. I am very disappointed in the price of this product. A great deal of the cost of the item is in shipping. The next time we'll get a higher quality item.
