Are these stickers or decals? Is it possible for a child to wear one on his or her birthday shirt?
The size is too large to be sticky. It's also not practical to wear on a shirt. It appears to be a (cardstock) greeting card for teachers to sign and keep in a scrapbook for the birthday honoree.
Could you add a note to the back of them for the student?
Yes, you certainly can. The back of the shirt is completely white.
What is the number of pieces in each pack?
Each pack contains 30 cards.

Cards for Your Classroom's Birthdays I teach second grade, and on their birthdays, I give each child a card! I also include a personal message on the card! Parents are not permitted to enter the classroom to celebrate due to Covid, so I photograph their child holding the card and email it to them
