Most of the vinyl projects I do use the middle sized roller, but I have also used the smaller one. The threepk I obtained for a little more than I'd have spent on one from Cricut is just what I was looking for. These tools are easy to hold, and they work well for pressing vinyl to my cutting mats. Buying again would be a good choice.

It's excellent for painting over hard surfaces

An alternative would be to spread acrylic paint over hard surfaces with extremely textured Despite what they may look like to you, these rubber rollers are quite sturdy and are capable of resisting rough handling.
