There is a diameter of one inch for the roller. Approximately 1 inch by 2 inches. I am 8 cm tall.

This is what I used to seal the seams on my aluminum roof by rolling roofing tape over it. Although the roller works, the pin sticking out of the end is very short and then it works its way back into the roller portion, disengaging from the metal bar that is supposed to hold the rolling pin in place. robust, and the tape would not work after rolling 50 feet. It turned out that they had a better roller. The product is only fair to mediocre in quality.
As I said, there's no doubt. The operator probably hit the wrong button.

The tool is well made.
