I received the unit with all parts in as advertised condition. The construction is exceptionally durable and the design is beautiful. You can use either second- or fourth-generation flag dispensers to use either of the 4" 1/2-inch flags or the 2" 1 inch flags. It's a good product that is easy to use. It is wonderful to have all of this together. Whenever I need them, I won't need to look for the tabs. This is exactly what I need for my office desk.
