The metal is more chrome than matte, and the finish is definitely shiny.
As a result, this product is quite heavy and does not move when you place a post-it note on it. Alternatively, a few strips of 3M double-stick tape will work wonders if used appropriately Perhaps it would stick upside-down if you used two-sided tape. It has never occurred to me to use it in this manner, so I have never attempted it. I am curious though, since it sounds like such an appealing idea. The con is My sticky notes keep moving when I pull them out, because the thing is too light. While the top is wobbly at first, once it is adjusted properly, it stays in place. It may help to put some double sided tape on the bottom. In general, no progress has been made Although very attractive, I am disappointed that it isn't as convenient as I expected.
Because the decor in our office is mostly white and silver, this item was a perfect fit. Since it is extremely sturdy, every time you pull up a post-it note, it stays exactly where it was. Moreover, it is a design that is efficient because of its weight. In my opinion, this product is a great.
You have a great eye for design. In the absence of functionality, they are useless. There is no way to store a full stack of Post-its on it. I'm not sure 20 sheets will help in any way. An almost impossible task is pulling out a pop-up sheet. These are being used in an office for the first time, and I'm disappointed.
You won't believe how cute this sticky note holder is! This looks clean and industrial, which is the look I was going for. As a result of this problem, I will no longer use this sticky note holder. It is so heavy that it requires me to exert more strength than was necessary to remove the note. It goes without saying that when you need a sticky, you need it fast. Because I don't have enough time to hold the holder with two hands and yank at the sticky several times before removing it, I cannot hold the holder with two hands.
My favorite thing about this dispenser is how cute it is. I love it because it's perfect for all of my things It looks good with all types of papers white desk with colorful papers.
The post it notes seem to move the silver lid slightly. I don't like how the silver lid isn't as heavy as I would like to have it. I have to move the lid when I take out the post it notes.
There is one exception to this rule. It looks beautiful on my desk and I was worried that there would be fingerprints on the metal portion, but after 6 weeks, I haven't seen a single fingerprint. Only thing I do not like is how it is not secure to the base in any way that the metal portion sits over the note pad itself. Occasionally, it is possible to dislodge the metal plate from a note when you pull it up. What is the impact of that on the functionality of this tool? Not at all! Overall, it still functions beautifully and I am extremely pleased with my purchase, even if it is mildly annoying.
