Initially, I was excited to receive this item (alongside matching accessories,) but I was disappointed when I opened the packaging to discover the compartment was already taken out. The outside of the bag has a few small scratches and it appears to be painted white in some spots. There are also hairs and dust on the inside. I am extremely disappointed by this and I was looking forward to bringing this to work, but I may return it. I find it very frustrating when the item is exactly what you want, but is in poor Since the camera on my phone struggled to focus on this shiny surface, you might not be able to see the issues in the images.
