There were no omissions in the list of parts. Depalletizing the carton was a breeze. It was assembly that caused the issue. I bought this to hold a multifunction laser printer that weighs 40 pounds. Upon assembly, the unit is solid and sturdy. Diagrams are all that are provided, no written instructions.
