For a while I was reluctant to purchase it for my home office, but it turned out just right. It's sturdy, easy to assemble, and fits perfectly and for all those reasons I did not It came with a blemish that I was unable to get rid of - I used tape to hide it and a sharpie to hide it somewhat. Since it was brand new and was damaged on arrival, I wasn't really happy with the purchase, but the trouble of returning it wasn't worth Rest assured I will call the company and speak with someone, as I do plan on doing so. As a result, you can expect it to be damaged if you buy it. A RECENT UPDATE Following my call and explanation of my disappointment, I received a replacement top in perfect condition within a few days. The wooden two drawer filing cabinet in which I had been working I was replacing with a rolling printer table that I had been wanting since a while now. We found this table to be perfect for our needs. It is a bit pricey at 70 dollars, but I knew it would be exactly what I wanted both from its construction and from its aesthetic standpoint. This particular shelf comes with a locking bracket system that is incredibly smart and strong, as it's made of heavy steel. A couple of minutes after it was assembled, the casters were not wobbling or in equilibrium. To assemble it, I took about 15 minutes (it is very easy to do as there is only one way to do it, eliminating error chances). A complaint I might have is that there's only one color available. There are a couple more I would like for use in other areas of the house where black is inconvenient. It seems that many of the other reviews mention poor packaging and complaints about the table not being sturdy or difficult to assemble despite the poor packaging and the comments about the product's lack of durability. As far as the packaging is concerned, I can only speak for my personal experience. Despite the large size of the package, it was extremely well packaged, double boxed in fact, and there was no damage to the table. I know Amazon can at times struggle with packaging items in a way that makes shipping them a bit of a gamble. But that's an Amazon shipping issue, not an Safco printer table issue(I'm often annoyed by people who take their frustration for Amazon out on the products). The reviewers who said the table was wobbly and difficult to assemble lacked any understanding whatsoever of what that must have meant. It is impossible to put this table together any other way. To attach the shelf brackets to the legs and make the shelves slide on, there is only one way to do so. It would require a complete loss of all brain cells to put this table together in a way that was difficult or in such a way that made it wobbly. Therefore I can at least give you an idea of the authenticity of the negative reviews of this product. I know this table is selling well over a hundred dollars on other sites, and Sarco is one of the best brands for this type of product. Don't know what else I can add. A rolling printer table is one of the best choices for those who need one.
