I cannot use it at all. It's a work machine and I use it for work and I use it tight, but the tray keeps lowering while I type, so I have to release tension, reset the tray position, tighten again and start over. The tray eventually lowers again after I release tension An individual who is trying to work a production-based job is not in a good position. It might have some merit for users who don't use it often, but not for those who use it a lot. Since this was so expensive I'm going to have to look for another one. It's so disappointing that this is not going to work out. As a result of the wrist guard not being too high and the size of the tray being good, I give it a 2.

7/16/18 On the twenty-first day of October, one month has passed. A product that has no more use and whose mission is to be disposed of is sitting on the floor. As time has passed, I have adjusted it endless times, but now the tray is so fragile that even the slightest pressure can cause it to fall on my lap. As I was trying to work with it today, I had to stop working and clock out of my desk because it kept tilting onto my lap and I couldn't work. So $60 goes down the drain because it was 2 days late. was wasted, and I suppose I part of the blame falls on me for not returning it when I first noticed the problem My shoulder pain was so unbearable that I was desperate to get some relief and this remedy did work for the short time I had it, despite constant readjusting until today when the top of the tray was higher than the bottom and the bottom was higher than the top. The thing would tilt like a Titanic whenever I put my hands on the home keys on my keyboard. The bottom part would be in my lap, the top part in the air, and my forearms would even rest on the arm rests of my chair! Am I right? Our discussion is not about an arm that weighs 20 pounds and you can't tell where the hand ends and the wrist begins. With this unit, we have found a couple of problems I. 1. Since the keyboard tray is mounted to the center of the unit, it tilts to one side or the other if your primary typing area is not centered (not related It does not make sense to have a mouse pad attached to a mouse unless your keyboard is 1) mini, or 2) you wouldn't mind a hard tilt on either side of the keyboard (see #2) when shifting it. There's no limit to how big your company can be.

The only issue I have with it is that it is mounted with Four screws mounted to wood might fall out over time because of the weight of the product. This is not a fault of the manufacturer as you can use your own screws to hang whatever you want. My favorite things about this tray are its strength and stability. The program is extremely easy to install and adapt to your needs. After using my computer keyboard and mouse on a tabletop for so many hours, and keeping my shoulder in the same position for so long, I was experiencing shoulder pain. With this tray, I can keep my hands at an adjustable position, and the strain on my shoulders has decreased significantly. The workspace can be taken up and down, in and out, and the angle of the work can be changed very easily. Within a few months I noticed that I was not having the pain in my shoulders any longer, and I could work longer hours while feeling less stressed.
