In terms of the track part, I'm not sure how large it was, but it was just a little over 10 inches long and maybe 4 inches wide I installed it in less than five minutes. It was easily mounted and 5" wide. It would be best to contact the manufacturer if you require all the information.
As far as I know, the keyboard tray slides entirely under the desk. It is stationary, does not move up or down, but tilts, pivots left and right, and moves in and out when needed.
There is a distance of about 6" between the two sides. There is a little difficulty getting an exact measurement since it is installed. A 14" (exact) (four points of attachment) belt is back to front.
To the best of my knowledge, no.

suffering because of poor sitting posture on my desk for the past several years, so I figured now was the time to make some changes. It took too much time to evaluate options at many price points and this one was chosen based on reviews alone. There's nothing to worry about. In order to improve it, I made modifications. Here is the good (see pictures)
The bad ** - There is sufficient gauge in the metal to carry out the job
– Despite only requiring four screws for mounting, it is ridiculously easy to install! A rack mechanism is used for the slide mechanism Assembly of the mount slide with smooth action, but not as effective as the original. The good news ** - Position does not remain stable because there is not enough friction applied to the main adjustment screw. My gorilla is - I tried to hold it in place by using my hand, but that wasn't the best idea. I will probably modify this with friction washers of some sort. I will probably use a bigger knob for leverage as well. *** * * A tray is made from age-old material There are a lot of flexes in old particle board. It arrived slightly warped as well. It must be more rigid due to just how wide this tray is. In light of the manner in which it was attached, I am planning to make a new tray from aluminum sheet. No washers, spacers, or bushings are fitted at the pivot points of the arm and carrier where the arm (that extends to hold the tray) meets the carrier (that rolls on the track), allowing for flexibility In terms of rigidity, this would make a significant difference. I am going to make them. As a conclusion Those who are willing to put up with some flex, movement, and minor problems with their keyboard tray will be fine. Those who aren't, and do not wish to fix something they just bought, this keyboard tray.
I'm fine, thanks There are several positives to this study I thought it was cheap and relatively easy to get installed, or at least it would have been if it had been done It is wide enough to let a full size keyboard and a mouse rest comfortably on the tray. Now that we have the positives, here are our negatives the screws and bolts were very loose, and one was barely on. All of them had to be tightened There are a lot of things. I found it exceptionally difficult to get at two bolts that held the arm attachment to the mount, especially since these were very loose once they had been installed. A design flaw such as this should be addressed immediately If they are perfectly tight, they are still directly in line (in theory, at least so you can move the tray side to side (the truth is, no one does this). result, you will notice that your keyboard tray shakes when you put your fingers on it. It will need to be pulled apart so I can drill out four holes in the corners in order to bolt the assembly to the slide more tightly I feel that would solve the wobble, but it is a step that shouldn't be necessary. The "rests" aren't really rests, they are short little catches that aren't done repeatedly over and over. Despite their ability to hold the keyboard in place, even with a narrow keyboard you can't use the tray with both a keyboard and a handrest. You will have to remove the existing rest and glue in a wider one if you have a desire for a truly comfortable seat. As well as being about four inches in diameter To short on the narrow end to fit a regular mouse pad - measure the width of the mouse pad first It will fit if you trim one (which is what I did). The Summary is as follows Despite the fact that the budget tray looks good, it does not work well and will require some adjustments and work on assembly installation to get it to full capacity. You'll get what you pay for on this one if you can live with that (and I will). Other buyers beware, you get what you pay for here.
I had to make a modification to the tray out of the box to keep my keyboard from hitting the ground. An angle knob has to be tightened in order to release and reposition the tray. There was no way for me to stay at a position as I turned the knob. It would have cost me more if I had thought it would sacrifice basic functionality. We learned from our mistakes. It is fair to say that I have other products from the same company that work well and exactly I didn't hit the mark on this one.
My keyboard mount was installed just now. Overall, I might say that so far my expectations about design, construction, and quality have been exceeded. After reading reviews concerning this product, I was a little hesitant to purchase it. If I were the designer, the swivel feature would be more functional if it had a second rotation point at the front of the elevation arm, directly below the keyboard stand. Due to the installation on a corner desk, it is very challenging to view multiple displays simultaneously.
There are built-in cabinets and a desk in my house. I believe that Herman Munster did the measurements, because the spot for the keyboard is way Consequently, I thought it would be fantastic to have one of these keyboard hangamajonkers. It's an error. As for the stand itself, it is relatively easy to assemble, and it is made of quality materials. Adjustments can be made in a variety of ways This does not just apply to height, but also to angle. My keyboard and track pad are on this, but there is room for one or two mice I am very satisfied and now I'm saving hundreds and hundreds of thousands of dollars on chiropractor bills. However, my local chiropractor won't be able to gold plate their Corvette, which is a shame.
The culprit for my tight shoulders and stiff neck was the Mount-Atlas model, which I ordered after months of suffering. I feel better in a few days after the pain and stiffness have subsided. I am now in the correct alignment with my elbows at my hips and my wrists resting on the keypad in a natural position. As the tray slides easily under the desk when not in use, it is sturdy As well as swiveling from side to side For easier exit from the work station, place the exit on the left side. My heart is filled with joy.
