In my case, the slide does not move by itself. I have not had any problems with it sliding out on its own when I need to do my typing. I have to pull it out when I need to type.
It's not attached to the desk it's a fixed distance below it.
It is rather quiet at the moment

For situations where the height of my desk was not appropriate for an ergonomic alignment, this was the perfect solution. In my box, I found the screws I needed to attach the clamps to the tray (another reviewer mentioned that they did not get hardware, but I found the little bag with screws in my box) and it was very simple to assemble. With the clamps, the tray is held very firmly without damaging the desk, and the tray sits smoothly beneath the clamps. As a whole, this is a wonderful item!.
I got what I wanted with the product, as it allowed me to keep my typing posture more upright by adding a tray under the desk. As I was cleaning it, it broke due to the fact that I was applying A unit was hanging on one side of the desk, and the ball bearings flew all over the place. My ability to fix the metal was limited to recovering them since the metal was bent. To replace this one, I'll look for an item with similar features, but first read the negative reviews.
This was a purchase that I do not regret. To make sure I don't have to hop to get into and out of my office chair every time, I ordered this keyboard drawer so I can set my office chair to the lowest setting so that I can easily access it from my desk. It's also easy to install. Moreover, since it was so easy to install, I was able to move it easily. But the drawer itself doesn't lock into place when you pull it out to use the keyboard. This means that as I type, I have to keep pulling it back toward "home. " My god, this is so Having purchased a couple of super strength magnets that will act as blocks for the drawers, I decided to set them into the tracks to prevent the drawers from sliding. That being said, whatever you want). However, I shouldn't have had to make this work so I could simply solve the problem. I dislike the design of the drawers. The fact that I have this still makes me happy.
No need to drill or use other tools. In less than ten minutes, I had the tray installed. It should be large enough for both an ergonomic keyboard and a They are each larger than the average mouse and keyboard. I am very happy with this.
The answer I was looking for. This rack is exceptionally sturdy, was able to make it right up against the right side of my glass desk top, and fitted it into the corner. Installed it easily and was not concerned about the glass surface at all. I would certainly buy it.
With the understanding that the item was in used condition, but it was still capable of working correctly, I purchased it. According to the item description, all the damage to the item was cosmetic, however when I opened up the box, it was missing one of the sliding under track systems and had warped holes where it was originally attached. It was not easy putting them back in the original location, as they just continued falling out the moment the slide arm was attached again. We were unable to install this item because it turned out to be bad.
It's awesome to have a keyboard tray like this! Years ago, I used to place my keyboard on flat surfaces, but I finally decided enough was It was important to me to find an ergonomic solution, and this one really fits. It was just that I needed this to work, but it is an incredibly sturdy design if it is installed properly. In the future, I'll never go back to using a mouse or keyboard! Although the tray can sometimes be easily adjusted side to side, moving it straight out is not always possible. There may be some who may perceive this as a defect, but to my mind, it is actually a feature depending on how you see it. No matter which angle you choose, angling should not get in the way of a solid It was only one of the metal pieces that rest flush against the bottom of the desk that I had an issue with. It just had to be uninstalled and reinstalled so that it would work the same as on.
With a standard Phillips screwdriver, it was easy to assemble in about a minute. You will need to clamp the two "outriggers" to the desk to support the keyboard tray. Rotating the clamp knobs is easy because they are large and easily accessible. The task is complete! It's interesting to see that the end product looks even better than the seller's product The space available for a compact keyboard and mouse is very good. It would also fit a longer numeric pad keyboard which I do not have, but it would probably be just fine. I would highly recommend this product.
