I got what I wanted with the product, as it allowed me to keep my typing posture more upright by adding a tray under the desk. With the understanding that the item was in used condition, but it was still capable of working correctly, I purchased it. According to the item description, all the damage to the item was cosmetic, however when I opened up the box, it was missing one of the sliding under track systems and had warped holes where it was originally attached. It was not easy putting them back in the original location, as they just continued falling out the moment the slide arm was attached again. We were unable to install this item because it turned out to be bad.

Years ago, I used to place my keyboard on flat surfaces, but I finally decided enough was It was important to me to find an ergonomic solution, and this one really fits.
