To put on my desk, I wanted a shelf. Because I loved the ability to store folders and books on both ends, I chose this one. I didn't find the shelf to be disappointing What I wanted - it does exactly that My desk is freed up by removing small items like books and pens so I can use the space beneath for piled-up papers and what not. This shelf had a nice drawer, but it didn't play a great role in my decision to buy it, and I'm glad that is the case because I would have been disappointed if I had been expecting this feature. like a drawer at all, but more like a basket that hangs on a rail. First off, I have to say I am pleased with the product. There is no doubt it is versatile and it has a good aesthetic appeal. Although there are some cons, they are not overwhelming. The first thing that strikes you is that it's shaky. Adding a bar in the back would make it stronger, but it does not ruin the overall quality of the product. A second note is that the drawer is really useful, since you can slide it from side to side depending on what you need. It's a shame the drawer doesn't have a backstop because it just slides out and falls off the rails I carried out a suggestion from the comments to McGyver it with some paperclips so it cannot slide out anymore.

Any combination of these drawers is possible with the touch of a finger since the one on the center can slide the entire length of the shelf. A thick notebook will fit in the drawer since it is 1 3/4" deep, 6" wide and 8" deep. Both sides of the drawer have 1 3/4" deep slots to hold folders and other items. The shelf has a clearance of 5 3/4" under the whole thing except where the drawer is, where it has a clearance of 4", so you can still store stuff on your desk underneath it. Having been made of a solid material, this will hold up for years to come!.

We have recently been making the transition to a smaller workspace to fit with our corporate policies. For the last month, I have been working from a 6x6 cubicle with 4 ft walls, minimal storage, and limited Although I am not sure who came up with this layout, whoever did it thought productivity would be improved. began looking at racks in order to provide a little more space on the desk and found this one to be exactly what I needed. The drawer showed up today and I am extremely pleased with its size and appearance, it will be perfect. As others have stated, it falls out very easily when you pull on it, but that is a bonus in my opinion that you need to become accustomed As far as adjusting is concerned It is very easy to slide the drawer from one side of the rack to the other, giving you a lot of flexibility in placing the drawer. Furthermore, I like the pockets at the ends that can be used to store binders, notepads, folders, etc. I am not sure if I will use the drawer, but it is nice to have the option of placing it wherever I want. It seems as if this will be a winner overall.

There is a surplus of space on my desk since it is an antique. It gives me a bit more space by adding an additional level, which I like. This setup leaves me with more workspace because I place the scanner and a few other items on top, and I store files on the bottom. The table is a tiny bit wobbly, so I think I shouldn't put anything too heavy on it, and I bought a table runner, for fear of scratching the wood, but otherwise, it looks nice and is working well.

(It is actually a folding table that I use as a desk at work. ) It's too high for the monitor to be at a comfortable viewing level for me, so I have to put my chair low enough to allow the monitor to be at a level for me. Having to lift these things leads to back pain and crankiness for me. This shelf solved the problem. The chair has now become comfortable for me to sit up. There is no need to keep the drawer in the kitchen. Whenever you open it, you get a fallen out item. In that case, there is no way to prevent it. At first, I thought I might have assembled the board incorrectly, but no, it's just the design that's flawed. On the ends there are two file holders that come in I found the assembly process to be very straightforward. There is no need for tools. Under the monitor there is a little extra storage space, which is nice. Several metal meshes are used in the production of the unit. Despite its small size, it is not heavy. By raising it 8" above the desk top, it raises the monitor about 8" high. Here are some of my shorter works I had colleagues sit at my desk and comment that it was too high. As a 5'11'' woman, I find it to be very comfortable.

The shelves serving as a table hutch for my computer desk are purchased from this shop. In my search for a desk, I wanted something to be relatively sturdy, to feature organizational areas, and to look decent enough to be not hide it away or throw it out of the window, once I became tired of looking There are no other shelves like this one that can fill those needs. Even when my kitty perches right in front of my field of vision, I can still see what I am doing since I have my computer monitor on it. On top of the desk is a small drawer where I keep pens and permanent markers, as well as a few small cubbies where I file It is easy to find a place beneath the shelf for my speakers, so everything is There were not as many options available to me given my small computer desk, and finding something that would fill my needs and not make my eyes glare at its size was challenging. However, if I were to try to find a wooden hutch that would most likely not match the stain on my desk, this black mesh hutch would be a better choice than trying to find a black mesh one. Now that this shelf has been installed, I would like to say that my desk is completely organized and clean. Although it does the job quite well, I have to organize and manage them myself.
