The product is beautiful for the price, but my focus is on the customer service of this company. Unfortunately, I misread the court division my friend was being sworn into as a judge (this is a moment gift for him becoming a judge at 38 years old. When I called customer service today, they made the changes for me without charge and treated me with a great deal of respect A great company shows their commitment to their customers. The sentimental value of the plaque is evident (even if he received the incorrect plaque), but thanks to the courteous and dedicated nature of the company, the company avoided an unfortunate and embarrassment.
