It's navy and white, and I was hoping for black and white when I ordered it.
I got the light grey/pink one, which isn't bad at all. I take it on the metro with me, so it naturally darkens and becomes dirtier over time, but it's simple to clean with soap and water. I wouldn't call it waterproof, but it's held up well in the rain and other elements!
I have the all-black version of this bag, which is devoid of any leather. The other colors may or may not be vegan, but the all-black version is.

So I was a little nervous about getting this because of some reviews. I was also a little disappointed because it seemed a little small. br>br>However, I'm considering divorcing my fictitious husband because this backpack satisfies me in a way that no man could. br>br>The pockets are fantastic, and the zipper is fantastic. The handle straps are extremely durable. br>br>In fact, it snowed unexpectedly the other day because that's how I roll, and it was fine.
It's perfect for my university backpack. It has enough room for a couple of textbooks, a binder, a mini binder planner, and my Bible. Two side pockets are also included. Both have a front pocket for pens and other small items, as well as a back zipper that opens the main compartment if you don't want to open it from the top. I got the one with the charger plug, but it's been difficult for me to use. If you're wondering, it's not a battery pack that's attached; instead, it's a USB that connects to YOUR battery pack and a USB plug in for your phone charger on the other side. I was perplexed by it when I read the description, so I thought I'd bring it up. Aside from that, the bag is excellent. Oh, and it is self-supporting. All of this while maintaining a refined appearance. I would strongly suggest it.
For a long time, I was looking for a sturdy teacher backpack until I came across this adorable Himawari travel backpack. I really like the two of them together. tone. It can fit my laptop, a teacher's manual, a lesson planner, a wallet/purse, and a make-up bag, as shown in the attached photos. up pouch. There's still room for a teacher binder, as you can see. I also like how the two side pockets can hold a water bottle. The bag has a solid feel to it. It is perfectly capable of standing upright, and the price is also incredible! It was a lightning deal item, so I got it for under $25. The only disadvantage of this backpack is that it lacks studs on the bottom, which prevents it from getting dirty when placed on the floor. Apart from that, I wholeheartedly endorse this backpack!.
I really like the color; it's a nice deep/rich purple that looks almost identical to the picture. The large opening is fantastic and holds a lot of stuff; I wish it could stay open a little longer on its own, but there's no way to do so without making it heavier. The charging port has a zipped section to hold the charging pack; the section appears to go all the way to the bottom, which is great, but the zipper opening is quite small (maybe three fingers long, and doesn't open very wide). The side waterbottle pocket is very spacious and loose, which I appreciate and don't see very often, but the front pocket is stiff and shallow. I'm hoping that as I use it and it loosens, it will feel larger. The top handles are fantastic; the stitching makes them look extremely sturdy, and the button flap is a nice touch. The back zipper, on the other hand, is a little deceiving. I was under the impression that it was a complete back-to-back. Like another backpack I had and loved, this one has a pocket, but it's only a'rear entrance' to the main compartment. Not bad, but I'm not sure what you're getting at. As I use the backpack more (for school and work commutes), I intend to update this review. br>br>UPDATE: br>br> It's been three weeks since I got it, and I'm still in love with it! The front pouch holds more than I expected, the back zipper is handy for when you close the bag and clip the handles together only to realize you forgot something, and all of the zippers glide smoothly. The only flaws are the following: 1- It won't stay upright while I pack it (if I put a laptop in one side, it topples over if I don't lean the bag against something), and 2- I don't like zipper tabs, so I fold them in, but this makes it difficult to start zipping up the large opening. But, in the grand scheme of things, those two issues are minor. I would highly recommend the bag and have already persuaded a coworker to purchase one for themselves! It's now a five-star rating!.
Tl; dr Not waterproof, wonky straps, and ripped apart, not to mention that it won't stand on its own. br>br>When I first got it, I thought it was a great bag. I thought it was cute, roomy, and of good quality. br>I've been carrying a laptop, notebook, and a few other miscellaneous items in it for almost a month now. The bag was fairly comfortable and held up well to the weight. By the way, it doesn't stand up on its own; Something must be leaned on. br>br>UNFORTUNATELY, disaster struck as I attempted to thread one of the straps with my arm. I had to re-tie the strap because it had completely pulled through the plastic thing. Make a loop with it. This occurred on several occasions. It's gotten to the point where it's becoming a nuisance. Especially when it occurs as you exit a crowded train station and you end up elbowing other passengers. (Please accept my apologies. )br>br>However, I was willing to work with it because I liked the bag. Then, all of a sudden, the side pocket rips open. I only put a bottle of water in there! I'm not sure how the seams ripped apart at such a random rate! Now I need to go out and buy a new bag because, even if I sew it back together, what if it happens again? br>br>In addition, a rainstorm graciously allowed me to test whether or not this bag is waterproof. All of the items in my bag's top and bottom pockets, as well as all of the items in the outside pocket, got a little wet/damp.
