This calendar and menu planner set has a lot of features that I like. It includes markers, an eraser, as well as a smaller blank writing board and a smaller checklist board, both of which have full magnet backs and adhere well. The magnetic whiteboards wipe off so well that even a light touch on something already written can cause smearing. It isn't a deal breaker in this case. The monthly calendar page is the same size as the meal planner page, and each box has plenty of room to write in. I really wish the days weren't listed on the menu pages already. It runs from Monday to Sunday, which I suppose is standard, but it doesn't work for the way we plan our meals in this house. Also, there is no place to write the month on the monthly calendar. This isn't a deal breaker in my opinion. The markers have a nice point to them. I like how they write, but they have the vendor's logo on them, which smears easily, so I have to wash black smudges off my hands every time I use them. The logo, on the other hand, is almost gone, so it won't be a problem for much longer. Overall, the set performs admirably for our requirements.
The markers' thinness works well with the boxes' dimensions. Thank you so much for such a wonderful product!br>br>We keep the markers in tip-top condition. down to keep them dark and cozy. When not in use, store tip- They were much lighter in their writing when they went up.
A weekly meal planner, grocery list, small white board, and colorful marker pens with erasers are all included. br>Instead of looking for a paper/pen, I'm going to use the white board to quickly note down the weight of foods to track my macros while I'm cooking. br>br>The magnets fit perfectly on my fridge and are a good size; they arrived in a package that was exactly as described, with an extra small gift. As a gift, I received another clean/dirty magnet to put on my dishwasher. It came as a complete surprise to me, and I am completely enamored with it. br>br>The six colorful marker pens write well, and the erasers on the cap do not leave any stains on the board. br>br>Overall, I am pleased with the product, which allows me to plan my meals and grocery shopping ahead of time. I'm able to keep track of what's in my refrigerator and what I'll need when I go shopping.
It's been great so far! All of the markers work surprisingly well, and the fine tip is superior to that of most fine-tip whiteboard markers I've tried. It greatly improves the legibility of my writing. The boards are easy to clean and leave no residue, and the magnetic backing on all four boards holds up well on my refrigerator. Although I will probably not use the Clean/Dirty dishwasher magnet, it was a nice touch. br>br>At the moment, my only concerns are purely aesthetic. I ordered this set thinking that all four boards would have a similar look because they were all part of the same set, and while the Weekly Plan, To Do/List, and Note boards do, the Meal Plan board has a few design differences that set it apart from the other three - I'm bothered enough. br>br>While the Weekly Plan, List/To Do, and Note boards are all black, the Meal Plan is a dark gray, as if it belongs in a dark gray set of these boards rather than a black set. To demonstrate the difference, I included some photos. Although the difference isn't significant, it is noticeable. The other difference that strikes me is that, while all of the lettering and lines are clean, crisp, clear, and straight, the "Week of" ribbon on the Meal Plan board is not, and, aside from the font style, doesn't look like it belongs on this board or with this set of boards. The ribbon appears to have been drawn in pencil on a piece of paper, then aged. Before someone scanned it and used it on this board, the school photocopied and faxed it multiple times, degrading the image's quality. At first, I thought it was a printing error, but then I looked at other people's review photos and it was the same on theirs as well. None of the other boards have anything with the same look or design as the "Week of" ribbon, so the Meal Plan board stands out even more from the other three, and I'm not a fan. I prefer everything in a set to look the same, but the slightly lighter color and strange ribbon design make me think it's not actually part of this set, but rather one similar to it. Why did you use a ribbon on this board instead of a box that matches the rest of the boards' boxes? br>br>Even with the lighter gray color, it would look much better if the "Week of" box was just that; though I would prefer it to be the same consistent color as the other three boards. a box that matches the design style of the other boxes on the four boards (for example, the title boxes on the Meal Plan and Weekly Plan boards). This is simply my viewpoint.
incredibly ingenious My dishwasher is always covered in sticky notes! Anyway, I purchased the magnetic dry erase boards to assist my adult son, who has severe autism, in meal planning and grocery shopping. He has limited communication and does not understand healthy eating, so when I limit his options without being very clear and using a lot of visuals, he becomes upset. His blood work just came back showing that his cholesterol is high, and I need to help him with nutrition more, which this will greatly assist me with! He's a picky eater who has a limited range of options. He does extremely well with visual aids, and the ability to erase and reuse is a huge plus! This is of extremely high quality. In addition, as a fitness trainer and athlete, I strongly recommend this as a supplement to meal planning, in addition to apps. I would strongly suggest it.
It's something about things that make adulting easier that appeals to me. I assumed I'd have to keep the markers and eraser close at hand. THERE IS A MAGNET IN EVERYTHING. It's clean and simple, and I can't wait to put it to use. Because I don't have a dishwasher, I use the magnet as a decorative item. As soon as I put a marker to the board, I know my life will be in order! This is a great gift or item for college students, bachelor/bachelorettes, and that one person who needs some organizational love. I would strongly suggest it. br>br>My only suggestion is that the green and orange pens be a little darker.
