This is what I need to stay organized, plan my meals, and note the things I need to pick up. There are neat color-coded lines and a layout that makes this meal planner easy to read. My hands can comfortably fit in the pad and I can write on it comfortably. Considering the size of the book, you're going to get a lot of information. It is easy and neat to tear the pages. A stick on magnet is included so you can hang it on the fridge. The pad can be kept plain or attached to the fridge. This is a cheap and easy way to plan out your weekly meals and grocery.
