I'd prefer it if it didn't have the days of the week printed on it and instead allowed for write-in days. Monday is not the first day of the week for everyone. I like the side for a grocery list because it's perforated, so after you've planned your meals, you can write what you need and tear it off without having to take the entire paper with you. br>I use it to plan lunches for the kids at school. I devise a strategy, and my granddaughter is the beneficiary of it. It works for us because I know what she likes and what she can expect.
From planning meals to making a grocery list to bravely navigating the supermarket (probably with children in tow! ), it takes a lot of heart. ), a few times loading and unloading groceries, and pantry organization - It's not going to be simple! Anything that will assist you in organizing this project is worthwhile - This notebook is it for me! After getting tired of hearing, "Mom, what's for dinner?" I used to write the week's menu on a whiteboard on the refrigerator. " on a regular basis. (Hmmm. . . . ) Despite the fact that the menu was clearly visible, they continued to ask me that question. My "What's for Dinner?" board was clearly about as useful as my "Please don't put dirty dishes in the sink!" board. " sign. I suppose I should take pictures of all the dirty dishes neatly stacked NEXT to the sink. (br>br>I'm getting ahead of myself. )br>br>I'm getting ahead of myself. br>br>The truth is that the "meal plan" that has been posted is actually for me. And, to be honest, my meal plans almost never go as planned. Sometimes I have to rearrange dinners, and the family ends up with leftovers, cereal, or whatever. they- can- We don't always find what we're looking for, and we occasionally have to eat out. Even if I don't always stick to the plan, having a plan makes my week feel less chaotic. br>br>So, what is it about THIS "Meal Planner Pad" that I find so appealing? It's clever, and the design is simple, with no pineapples or llamas. (I mean no disrespect to llama and pineapple fans!) ) It can be slapped onto the side of the fridge thanks to its strong magnetic backing. The notepad itself is a good size, with plenty of room for each day of the week's meals and side dishes. On the same page, you can brainstorm and jot down the meals you want to prepare, as well as the ingredients you'll need. When you're ready to go to the local Stop & Shop, simply tear off the "shopping list" side of the notepad. Shop. Finally, you can keep the old weekly meal plans on hand for future reference if you run out of ideas! br>br>The bottom line is that it's easy to use, and it helps you plan your meals for the week.
This straightforward meal planner is one of our favorites. Some meal planners are overly detailed for me, and I just wanted something simple. On the weekend, my husband and I sit down and plan our meals for the coming week. As you plan your meals, you can jot down your grocery list right there. My grocery list is usually kept on my phone, but I prefer the old-fashioned method of simply writing it down. I don't like having to pull out my phone in the grocery store, especially now that I'm wearing a mask and the face recognition doesn't recognize me. It's a handy little tool that makes life a little easier while also helping you save money when it comes to meal planning. I know I could do this with plain paper, but it's just too cute, and being able to tear off the grocery list and carry it with you is a huge plus!.
I couldn't believe it when I came across this pad that used the same setup as me, but in a more organized manner. For me, the grocery list with perforations was essential. The weekdays all had plenty of space, which is something I've noticed a lot of people don't have. Bonus- It comes with magnets that can be used to attach it to your refrigerator. I've already told a few people about it. Love it!.
It appeals to me. It has a large magnet on the back to keep it from sliding off the fridge. Because I plan out all of my meals for the week on Sunday and make a shopping list to go along with them, it actually saves me money. The right side tears easily enough for me to take to the store. I'm no longer wandering aimlessly through the supermarket, trying to figure out what to buy for the week's meals. I'm not buying as many groceries as I used to, so I'm saving money.
This notepad is one of my favorites. You can easily remove the shopping list and take it with you when you go shopping. The colors are beautiful, and the magnets are extremely powerful. It does not fall off the refrigerator and remains in place. Making a menu at the start of the week helps me stay within my food budget. I know exactly what I'm looking for when I go shopping, so I don't waste my money on things I don't require. I've saved a lot of money by planning a menu.
I've tried meal planning before, but it's not quite the same when it's written on a blank piece of paper. This is fantastic, and I plan to purchase it again! br>The magnets are extremely powerful and hold it in place well. A string was also hot glued to the back to keep a pen in place.
I like the idea, size, layout, and convenience of the shopping list because I prefer to shop with a paper list. My only slight disappointment was that the first time I tore the grocery list part off, it ripped the list instead of tearing on the perforated line, so I'll be much more careful next time, and perhaps there's a trick to tearing it that I'm yet to learn. Overall, a fantastic product that I will purchase again.
