In our day and age of electronics, I do think it is important to have a backup. Not only do I use this as a contact book, but I also use it as a password record. I know I shouldn't write stuff down, but who actually remembers the password to every website or application they use? Due to the fact that it is a ringed folder, you can move the pages about very easily. As far as the dividers go, they are good, however they have bundled them all up, for example A,B for one divider M,N for one divider, etc. Since the tabs are covered in a plastic material, they should last for a long time. On the inside of the cover, there are pockets that are handy for storing pieces of paper that might fall out. In addition, there are 3 business card holders included with this package! In all, I'm very pleased with this item and also its price was very reasonable!.
It most likely will last me forever because I purchased extra refill pages for it. I would reduce the number of entry blocks on each page as the only change I would make.
