This is what I use to hold my recipe printouts - Outers. I like the fact that I can stand it up to read them while I cook, and fold the cover over the pages when I want to store it. Adding recipes to the collection is going to require me to purchase one or two more of them.

It is a presentation binder I turned into a recipe holder because it is much cheaper than the regular kitchen flip recipe books, but it is very limited in pages, so if you have a collection of lengthy paper recipes, it is probably not the best option for you.
