It is a good product. The board is large and can hold a lot of data. There is no problem writing with these pens and no problem erasing with the eraser. Now that people understand that the manufacturer indicates the pens and erasers on the refrigerator, they will be able to buy the goods. In general, pens and erasers should be displayed. I've read far too many complaints about poor magnets that do not hold the pens and erasers in place. There are no problems with them for me. What's the reason? Basically just a sheet of magnetic material covered with white paper and a clear film, it is poorly made. Not a single edge of the clear film is trimmed correctly. A NEW UPDATE As it is now August 11, 2021, I was unable to find the black marker that came with this set, so I used the blue and red ones that were also included the other day. It smeared all over my desk when I attempted to erase them. Google has given me every method you know, but I have not been able to figure it out. In the future, if I had known that was the case, I would have simply purchased more black dry erase markers, and I would have been fine. However, I am pleased with the size and functionality of this product, so I will be buying another Other than the black marker, I will not be using any of the markers. The crappy markers, the extra price to order a new one, and the inconvenience earn two out of five stars. We are sorry.
As for the board itself, I really like it. There is a side-by-side fridge in my kitchen, and I was concerned about the board fitting. There is a small gap in the magnet that goes over the curve on the outside, but the magnet is powerful enough that it won't cause any trouble.
