The product has a front and back white board with a dent in the middle on one side. Thankfully, it's only one side, so I can make good use of the other. I needed to use it right away, and life got in the way, so I didn't contact them for replacement options within 30 days, which was my fault. Aside from the dent, I love it, and the markers and eraser work perfectly. br>br>UPDATE: br>br> Customer satisfaction is the seller's top priority, so I'll be sure to add them to my favorites list. I bought a Tripollo whiteboard on Amazon, but even with dry erase cleaners, I can't get it clean. I'm using the markers that came with the board, and I'd give it five stars if I could figure out how to clean the surface.

This is an excellent, long-lasting product. Many extra items are included with the sided portable whiteboard- a hanging paper pad, three markers, six magnets, and a magnetic eraser Setting it up was a breeze. It can be used by both children and adults due to the adjustable positioning. Since the schools have closed, I've been using it to tutor students every day. It's perfect!br>br>I noticed the frame was cracked when I first got my order. When I informed the company, they requested that I send a photo as well as the order information. They promised to send another whiteboard within two days, and I was very impressed with their professional and prompt customer service. Great product and great company!.

However, turning the handles to the proper position and ensuring that it stands evenly is extremely difficult. It appears to be of a high standard. It isn't particularly heavy, but it isn't particularly light either. As a result, getting around is a breeze. It appears to be easy to clean off. It's great that there's a spot to put paper in it. I kind of wish there was a chalkboard on the other side instead of a magnetic board, but that's my fault; nonetheless, I would highly recommend this product. Perhaps my knobs are a little stripped; I'm not sure what the problem is.

It was still usable, but it had been damaged during the shipping process. br>I emailed the seller, who was extremely responsive. Finally, they sent me a brand new whiteboard for free and told me to keep the one that was damaged. They promised that the new one would arrive on a specific date, and they delivered on that promise; I am very impressed with the product, which is sturdy and performs as advertised. Even more so, the seller has wowed me. They were attentive and quick to respond. This is a product that I wholeheartedly endorse.

This whiteboard is ideal for zoom conversations with clients in which I'd like to use a whiteboard but don't want to use Zoom's whiteboard option. It's great that I can change the height, tilt, and other settings. This received a four out of five from me. It's a little difficult to hold the white board in place with one hand while tightening the knob with the other when adjusting the height because as you loosen the knob on one side, it easily slides down. I'm not sure if this is something that can be fixed or if it is simply a function that must be dealt with. It folds up nicely and is easy to store, which I like. As a suggestion to the manufacturer, including a carrying case to protect the whiteboard while it travels would be a welcome addition. I believe the additional expense is justified.

My only "gripe" is that adjusting the board's height and opening/closing the legs is a bit of a pain. Aside from that, for less than $100, it's a great deal.
