Our board was a little dented at the top on one side in two places, but it was still manageable because it was on a metal frame. After all, things happen, and I was fine with it as long as the whiteboard itself was in good shape. The setup was simple, though I did require assistance at one point. So, overall, it was a great size, study, good wheels, and looked smart, but when I removed the plastic wrap from the boards, I was disappointed to discover that the side with the two dings had an actual warp that ran across the top 1/3. The other side was perfect, but since I had purchased a double-sided board, I resigned myself to emailing this in and trying to come up with a solution before going to bed. br>br>This morning, I received a response from company owner Mark, who not only asked a question about the packaging, but also stated unequivocally and reassuringly that they would either replace the piece or send a replacement. After another quick email exchange, he has set the wheels in motion for us to receive a new product. br>br>I'd like to point out that, aside from book reviews, I don't do reviews because I only buy things on Amazon that have a lot of reviews first; I'm not the adventurous type. But, even though we haven't received our new board yet, because I just finished an email exchange with the CEO, I wanted to write this review to express how impressed I am with this company's attitude and customer service. br>br>Look, you're shipping some large items through the mail, and a lot of hands other than the company touch it. Things happen, but when you order from this company, they make sure it's right for you, and the process was painless and even enjoyable thanks to Mark's straightforward, clear, and reassuring demeanor. If you're going to order a whiteboard, you can do so right here. It won't be a waste of time for you. The product is functional and attractive, but more importantly, this is the company from which you should purchase.

  I was blown away by how simple the setup was after watching the video. br>br>Because it's two-sided, both of my kids could play on the same team without fighting. br>br>It's very sturdy and doesn't have a cheap feel to it. br>br>The marker is actually gone without a trace after you write and erase it. It's been on my mind since day one, and I've been writing on it. It is used by my children on a daily basis, and my son uses it to do his math. br>br>It's an excellent product, and I've told all of my friends and family about it. br>br>Because it serves multiple purposes, I believe it will be a big hit. br>br>I use it to jot down notes and even use the magnets to pin things to it. br>br>I like that they are magnetic and that I don't have to look for anything because everything is attached to the board. br>br>I also like that they are double-sided and that they can be locked or free-standing. It's extremely adaptable and simple to move; simply lock or unlock the wheels. It moves around even on a plush carpet.

The instructions were simple to understand and were provided in the form of a booklet and a video. It also included the following extras: A magnetic roller, two magnet packages, a magnetic eraser, and a variety of tap roles that can be used to section off sections of the bored (for example, to make a calendar). It also came with two cards, one of which contains a free gift, instructions on how to donate a portion of your purchase to a charity of your choice, and a phone number to contact if you have any questions. The border comes with a portable stand on rollers, or it can be hung up because it includes all of the necessary items as well as instructions. By loosening one side of the stand and pressing down on a release button, the bored can easily be flipped to use both sides of the bord when on the stand. Not only can I use it for projects, but my kids can also use it to play games and practice their spelling.

This whiteboard is one of the best family purchases I've ever made! It was created with the intention of being used for homework, schoolwork, and work flow charts. Many hours of Pictionary, abstract drawings, and taking notes have been spent with it in actual use. br>br>It's sturdy enough that my young daughter and nephews can all draw at the same time on it, and it's extremely well made! My husband took no time putting it together, and everything was packed neatly. My teenagers fight about whether or not they should keep it in their rooms. It's suitable for people of all ages, and it's been used by a large number of people.
