Displays2Go Banner Storage Case for Trade Show, Portable, Padded Lid & Base - Black (JBCASETRBK)

We bought two of these cases to transport tradeshow banners to and from conferences and trade shows. The butterfly latches became loose and insecure after the first shipment. The wheels became loose and wobbly after the first shipment. Second shipment -- the butterfly latches at the top of the case were completely unsecured during shipping, resulting in complete destruction of the case during storage. I was informed by the seller that this is not intended to be a shipping case, but rather to be used to transport in a personal vehicle. In response to my explanation that the product page does not mention portability and durability, as well as other words used that were quite confusing, the seller stopped responding altogether. There have been numerous follow-ups We have made numerous attempts to resolve, and receive a refund, but no response has been received. You may be interested in looking at the Pelican 1740 if you are seeking a high-quality, durable shipping case. This case fits the same 3 banner stands (33" wide base) that we transported in this case without foam. Pelican cases have a higher price tag, but given my past experience with them, I know they will last for years to come and will be worth it. I wish I had opted for the Pelican case instead.

For the third time in our lives, we are trying to obtain a shipping case that will accommodate our small banner display, along with some booth items, so it can all Our family loves the shorter size (so we can wheel it easier, since several of us using it are women) and the large opening allows us to stuff it with many items. As of now, we have shipped it several times without any problems. The only odd thing is . . . We have used it in this way because it has a hasp for a lock on each side. Our locks are open by TSA at our arrivals twice now, and the latches are not secured. As a result, we have to lock the hasps after arriving. Therefore, I assume the container was sealed with clear packing tape by TSA. Despite the fact that nothing was lost or damaged, the situation was unsettling and I can't figure out why the container wasn't put in place after being inspected before the locks were installed and so it couldn't be closed correctly. The TSA did not do that with our other (locked) containers, so perhaps the rules have changed recently.

These are used for shipping and traveling large displays for recruitment presentations. I purchased three of them. It was much harder to roll them after the locks broke first time. The wheels were bent as well, causing the package to break.
