Packaging was adorable and the item itself worked like it was supposed to. Among the alphabet set, there was a slight issue with the letter C missing. When I reached out to their Instagram, they were very helpful and responsive. A new shipment of letters was sent ASAP, and I'm very happy. This is a good vendor to buy from.

My excitement was heightened when I received this product since after searching for hours, there was no other small felt letter board available. Although this is exactly what I was looking for, the felt is not level and slightly crooked.
