The board looks sturdy and looks well made. A very good customer service experience. I am very satisfied with my board. My star was deducted because I chose this board for two reasons, one the wood color and two the gold letters, which were worthless to me. There were tons of white letters, but only four short gold strips of letters, as well as one gold strip that had no letters attached to it! The strip was now empty of whatever appeared there. In looking at all the felt boards available, I was going cross-eyed and ultimately chose this one based on the reviews and the fact that the letters came pre-attached to it It's chopped. While the packaging is very nice, I was very surprised to see that the box wasn't taped shut for transportation. It could easily have been opened without being taped. As a result, it has an unsteady stand that doesn't hold up well. This is a strong object that could easily be broken or knocked over by small children. It doesn't matter if the letters are pre-printed This product comes with a tool which allows it to be cut. Investing in a box to sort and organize your letters is a good idea. You would be able to switch your phrases more easily if you used this method. The purchase was a good one for what I needed it for.
