As I edit my review, I am thinking of what to include. My awe at the level of customer service provided by this company is overwhelming! A member of the owner's team contacted me personally after seeing my original review and pictures of the property. The quality control issue was brought up and so she sent me a new board that she had checked herself. I love the new board and am pleased with its design. Although I hope that the quality control issue has been solved and this will not happen again, I am convinced that this company provides excellent customer service. Original I gave it one star because of the poor quality. These have come to me both defective or damaged, and I bought two of them. Clearly, the first had a crack in the frame that was attempting to be repaired, but this did not succeed. My second attempt was no better, as I returned the item and reordered. Second one has come and felt in the corner is starting to appear. My third attempt will not be successful. It also stinks when you open it and the bubbles on the frame are not appealing to me. A big disappointment.

requested a letter board for a baby girl's birth announcement and it was delivered in a timely manner. This amazing letter and symbol set came with an awesome assortment of numbers, letters, Unlike the craft section felt, which was cheap, the felt here was excellent quality. It was a good frame weight and the "distress" was within reason. I like the balance and the design is fantastic! There are two points that I would change, however. Right away, I got a whiff of a chemical smell even before I opened the box. In the same vein as It is made with epoxy glue (6000). Although it didn't overpower me, I am positive that it will go away by itself if I keep it out of the box. It's not uncommon for me to smell like this since I craft. Two things I do not like are the quality of the stand it is plastic and feels flimsy, as if it would break if you put too much pressure on it. Thus be careful for that part of the item. Overall, I still give it 5 stars because it is a great item and a great price. It is true there are a lot of other letter boards, but this one has the quality, accessories, and set up that cannot be matched by others. I also loved the way it was packaged in bubble wrap and in The black version I bought for myself was so fabulous I bought it again! The best! I love it so much!.

Those with it impressed me with the sheer number of letters, numbers, and special characters they contained. While searching through Amazon for tea sets, I came back to this company over and over again because it appeared to be the best looking. I also liked This frame is strong and beautiful. Its back is nailed in to ensure it stays in place. Aside from being super smooth, the felt on the board is very sturdy, and the letters look very well made and durable. The only downside is having to cut them apart, but overall, for the quality of everything else, I wasn't bothered. That was very helpful since it gave me the opportunity to see everything that was offered. In addition to the owner being an awesome person, she is also very good After contacting her with a question she responded within a short timeframe. My recommendation for this product is great, as well as It's great to have a felt board to use for crafting.

It's a quality letter board! I've got a variety of letter boards, so I'm familiar with the range of subpar to superb quality letter boards. This color of "vampire blood" felt has a beautiful, rich reddish tint - The blood is very strong Thanks for the like! There's something charming about the shabby, vintage look of the wooden frame. It took me a little bit to decide whether I liked the "shabby-chic" look The frame is very chic, but when you see it in person, it looks even better- This is not a cheap looking product. I love the feel and appearance of the felt. There is a very tight fit between the letters. I wouldn't say it's too tight, but not so loose that it makes removing letters difficult. If you need to be upright on a table, mantle, etc. , there is a stand attached to the back of the letter board. The white letters provided are a boxy, rectangular helvetica font as opposed to the standard letters provided with other letter boards. The letters that came with this letter board still need to be cut, but they look great on a sturdy peg board. For my picture, I used letters I purchased from an Etsy shop and another seller on Amazon. My wife and I are very happy with this letter board, and I'm looking forward to purchasing.

It is just as shown in the picture, it is of good quality, and it has a nice look to it. The thing I got her for Christmas was this, I opened it up and wrote a message for her, then I removed all the letters and numbers from the things on it, it was challenging and I hurt my fingers a little, but it was sure worth it, and she absolutely loves this! In fact, I go to her house all the time and it's next to her television, and there are a lot of different messages on it.

With an enormous selection of letters and words, this rustic board is gorgeous. The emoji. It will be a family fun activity during the quarantine. Every week, everyone gets a quote. With teen boys, I'm not so sure this is a good idea. Nevertheless, this felt board is extremely high-quality and comes with a wide variety of letter choices! Thank you for this purchase! Being unique is part of what makes me happy, and this gorgeous grey felt letter board allows me to express myself however I like while still It is well crafted, the letters are easy to handle, and the board is a good size for its frame. Despite the snug fit in their holes, they have plenty of space to say long things. This is one of the best impulse buys ever! I always get compliments on my letter board. I decorated my house for Halloween so here is a picture of what it says.
