You are absolutely correct, but it isn't such a big deal; as a touch button, you can simply place your hand on the bottom left corner of the base and it will do the job.
There is no power supply, only a USB cable that you can connect to your laptop or any other USB port.
The lamp's brightness is adjustable, and it can be used.

It does the job, but I was disappointed that it came with a plug that requires a USB base to be plugged into a wall outlet. This should be stated more clearly in the description, or they could simply include a base, as many other products do. br>In addition, the directions were very brief. To figure out how to use all of the settings, you'll have to do some trial and error. I'm hoping the wireless charging pad performs as expected, as the manual is lacking in information.
Instead of waiting for a delivery, I found this light online at Walmart and almost bought it. However, for $5 less, you can get the same lamp. I figured I'd save money by ordering online and getting it delivered for free. br>The features and quality of the lamp have left me very impressed. (My wife claims that I am a sucker for gimmicks. ) ) As a result, changing the color and intensity of the light is simple. It blends in with our existing decor and is simple to adjust. I'm glad another reviewer pointed out that it didn't come with a USB plug, so I knew what to expect. Finally, I find myself using the phone charger feature, which I had not intended to use. However, it is so useful to have in my bedroom rather than recharging in my office. It also charges through my protector and will charge 100%, which is my purpose. It does not have a built-in charger. NOTE: The blue light on the base was blinking when I first placed my phone on it. That didn't make a good impression on me. I'll have to move my phone around a bit until the blue light is stable. The next morning, I find my phone fully charged. br>BRIEF DESCRIPTION: It's versatile, has a lot of features, is well-built, and is reasonably priced; however, it could be a little brighter. In order to read comic books in bed, I needed a brighter light. My bedside lamp isn't bright enough, and the bulb and lampshade produce a warm color that isn't ideal for reading comics; not only is it difficult to read, but the colors are also off. This lamp is ideal for reading comic books because the pages appear bright, colorful, and easy to read. Apart from that, the controls are nice; I like the touch sensor feature, the ability to change colors (even though I only use one), and so on. br>br>I spent about an hour researching this one before settling on it, so if you're reading this, save yourself some time and get it now. You will not be dissatisfied with your purchase.

I prefer not to have a light on in my room, but the light from the window is insufficient. This is ideal; it is extremely bright, and I appreciate the ability to adjust the brightness. It's the ideal size for my laptop and monitor. It's adjustable and made of high-quality materials; it's also sturdy, with an extra USB port and phone charger. The charger worked fine for me; it wasn't a fast charger, but that wasn't what I was looking for. My desk lamp is perfect for me!.
I haven't figured out how to use the timer feature on the lamp yet, but I haven't given it much thought. I'm going to hook it up to a smartplug and use Alexa to control it. br>br>I also like the wireless charger, and I like that I can use it to charge both my airpod pro's and my iPhone XR. Because it only has a 5W power output, charging takes a little longer than if you plugged each device in individually, but the convenience makes up for it, in my opinion. In general, it's a fantastic feature. On the backside, there's a USB port for an extra charging cord. A USB port is used to power the lamp. You will need to supply your own USB wall adaptor in addition to the C cord that comes with it, but most people have plenty on hand. br>br> The style is sleek and modern. In my opinion, it is unquestionably worth the money. It looks great on my desk and provides just the right amount of light at night so I don't have to use the overhead lights because my eyes are sensitive when working long hours; I'm a fan and would buy it again and recommend it to friends.

For customers, the small details can often make or break a product. Finally, you should know that this does not include a power adapter, which is a major flaw on their part. If you don't have one, you'll have to go out and buy one.
I bought a second set of led desk lamps, but they all died after about a month. This one has been in my possession since January and continues to perform admirably. I used this light for 8 to 10 hours per day, so it saw a lot of action. It's certainly bright enough, and the ability to adjust the brightness is a plus. I don't need a separate charger on my desk because the phone charger base works so well. I tried plugging it in with a wall plug adapter, but it didn't provide enough power to power the light and charge it. I've now plugged it into my docking station, and it's working fine.
I've only had it for a day, so I can't comment on its long-term durability, but I like it. user-friendly, adjustable intensity, and I adore the fact that I can connect it to a portable USB battery and take it with me wherever I go.
