Having the desk fully raised sticks out a long way, so the keyboard and monitor rest are further forward of the base than you might expect. As a result, there is significant wobble from keypresses which also transfers to the monitor stand. Maybe I will add a video to show how the wobble looks. It isn't too difficult to place a cup of water on the monitor stand to give a feel for the degree of instability, but that can't be said for the monitor as well. There isn't a problem with my monitor's circular stand because it is on a wide, circular stand. My best match to reduce vibration was to order some bar mats, as it seemed to be the closest thing to doing so. I actually don't think this is as bad as it seems. Because I had a herniated disc, I purchased this item in order to use it when working at home. It is easy to set up, but if you have a bad back, you will have trouble doing it alone since this item Prior to my fusion surgery, I could lift and lower the desk easily once it was set up. I wasn't able to move my leg for about 3 to 3 weeks after my fusion surgery due to it being a little too much post-surgery. Nonetheless, now that it can be moved by putting one foot forward, I can lift it right up against my stomach to reduce the strain on my back. As I am a little more than 3 weeks removed from my surgery, I think it will get easier with time. Upon reviewing the rating after three months of use, I decided to reduce it. When seated, I experience neck pain because of the design of the desk where the monitor section is 4 inches higher than the lower keyboard section. Pictures make it appear as if it is adjustable, however, it isn't. When the size of the women is small, you may want to consider another option.

It is wide enough for a full-length mirror. To the left, on the lower level, there is enough room for a small pad and pencil as well as a full-sized keyboard and mouse pad. Two monitors on the upper level aren't compatible with this size, so if you need other space, or if you need the space to fit two monitors- As you will have accessories eating up your monitor's sides, I suggest you look for a wider monitor. The lowering and raising of the awning is easy and fast. The work surface is quite deep and so doesn't work well if your surface is shallow. Additionally, it comes up and out as it is raised, so anything above your worksurface, such as shelves or a monitor bracket, cannot be placed there. It sometimes happens that cables are pulled out of the back of the shelf when I raise the platform, or speakers are pulled off the back of the shelf, etc. My only complaint is that there is a minor issue, which I have improvised a solution to.
