Questions & Answers

I have two monitors - one is for work and the other is for play. One is 22" in length, while the other is 21" in length. Is this a feasible option?

Yes, it is possible. The footprint worksurface is 35" (W) x 23" (L) in size. 2" (D).

I'm a big guy who likes to do a lot of things. I'm a left-handed programmer who types fast and hard; do you type with any "bounce"?

I type a lot, to the point where two corners of my desk are dangling over the edge. There isn't any movement. It is approximately 50 pounds in weight. 60 lbs . Very strong and stable. I stand and grip the keyboard surface, with no movement of the desk.

Is it possible to move the keyboard tray in and out of the way?

THE KEYBOARD TRAY CAN BE REMOVED WITHOUT REMOVAL OF THE EIGHT STUFFINGS! When putting it together, start by attaching two brackets with "hooks" on the top. Just beneath the main deck, the slots are slid over four small bolts. These bolts have knobs on them, allowing you to tighten them without using any tools. DO NOT TIGHTEN THEM AT THIS TIME. The keyboard tray screws issue has now been resolved by starting ALL 8 screws in the particle board. The screws are held in place by plastic inserts. DO NOT EXCEED THE LIMITS. TIGHTEN! Screw only until the particle board is firm; It isn't going to take off on its own. The four bolts holding the tray brackets in place can now be tightened. OR DON'T TIGHTEN THEM AT ALL, AS THEY DO NOT NEED TO BE TIGHTENED. To remove the tray, loosen the top four bolts, lift the tray 1/2", and push it to the back. To re- set up, reinstall Re-attach the brackets (with tray) and re-attach the tray. Tighten the four bolts, which isn't necessary. It will be tedious to remove multiple times per day.

What are the keypad tray's dimensions?

The size of the keyboard deck is: 35" W x 12" H x 35" W x 12" H x 35" W 2 "(D). The depth in the middle is twelve. The depth on both sides is 7 inches, and the width is 2 inches. 9".

Side-by-side comparisons When comparing FlexiSpot to Varidesk, the FlexiSpot comes out on top! I've only been doing it for a week and I'm really enjoying it
5/5

Notably, a coworker received his Varidesk in the same size today; not only is the Varidesk $100 more, but it isn't nearly as nice as the FlexiSpot for a variety of reasons. First, the Varidesk lifts with spring action, which is much more difficult to raise and lower than the Flexispot pneumatic assist. Several of the shorter/average height women in the office struggled to raise the Varidesk, and some couldn't lower it at all. On the other hand, everyone could easily raise and lower the FlexiSpot. Second, the Varidesk's base is deeper and hangs over our cube's desks, whereas the FlexiSpot fits perfectly. Third, because the Varidesk moves forward as it rises, the unit becomes top heavy, especially with the base's overhang. The FlexiSpot is more stable because it raises and lowers in a straight line. Fourth, the Varidesk has more cutout area, which means the FlexiSpot has more real estate for monitors, laptops, paperwork, and so on. Finally, the keyboard tray issue that was mentioned in many reviews has been resolved - Because the brackets are secured by recessed bolts in the tray, attaching them is simple and secure. Also, I am 6'7" and this unit is a perfect fit for me at its tallest setting. After a side-by-side comparison of the FlexiSpot and the Varidesk, the FlexiSpot emerges as the clear winner. More stable, more easily raised and lowered, more real estate, and $100 less!.

I'm late in writing this review, but I've been looking for a desk riser for a long time but have been hesitant to buy one due to the cost, until I came across this one
5/5

This desktop has plenty of surface area and is easy to adjust in height up or down; I am a female (age 59) and was able to put it together without any help or problems. I can smoothly raise and lower this unit in as little as two seconds, and I'm thrilled to have found what I've been looking for. The instructions were clear, and there were no issues with assembly or use. I chose the heavy-duty VIVO dual LCD monitor desk mount stand for the dual monitors, which was also simple to set up and works perfectly with this unit. This is a brief, voluntary review, which I strongly encourage you to complete. You will not be dissatisfied with your purchase!.

The design is nice, but the keyboard tray has some issues at first
4/5

This desk has been in my possession for over a week. It went together quickly, but there was one hiccup when one of the pieces wouldn't fit into the platform's track. With the assistance of another person, I was able to resolve the issue. The keyboard tray has been a disappointment for me. Despite the fact that the tray requires nine screws to secure it, I only received four. Simply putting pressure on the keyboard tray while typing and using the mouse has caused the keyboard tray to detach from the back of the computer. Because the back of the board is made of particle board and has already stripped out, I can no longer use the existing screw holes. I've attached photos of the dust that has accumulated beneath these spaces on my desk, as well as where the screws have fallen out. I'm not sure how I'm going to fix it yet, but I'm guessing I'll have to epoxy them in. Until then, I'm stuck with a wobbly keyboard tray on which I have to be careful not to rest my wrists while typing or using the mouse. br>br>9/7/16 br>br>9/7/16 br>br>9/7/16 br>b Since my initial review, I've been contacted by a company customer service representative, who has sent me a new keyboard tray with all of the necessary screws (my original review misrepresented the number of screw spaces; There are a total of eight pre-designed templates. holes that have been drilled I used wood glue in each hole before installing the screws with a screwdriver. The tray has now been used for about a week and is still holding up well. The desk is easily adjustable in height and width. Another important factor in ensuring that this desk is suitable for you is having a chair that can be adjusted to the appropriate height. I also have an anti-anti-anti-anti-anti-anti-anti-anti To be used while standing on a fatigue mat.

Brings Me Back to My Feet! The package arrived on Friday, despite the fact that it was not supposed to arrive until Monday
5/5

The weight of it has stunned me. I carried it upstairs and installed it on my own (I'm 75 years old). It's not a bad thing that you're gaining weight. This is a high-quality piece of gear. Placing the keyboard tray into the slots provided was all that was required for assembly. It's as simple as that. There's no need to use screws. There is no need for any tools. I was concerned that it would not fit on my small desk, which had overhanging cabinets. My measurements indicated that it would, and it does, just fine. I am 6'7" tall, and the monitor and keyboard are perfectly positioned when fully raised. It's almost perfect now that it's been lowered; the monitor is still a little high, but I'm getting used to it. So far, so good. I'm writing this from a standing position. It works! br>br>It's worth repeating that the latest version of this product doesn't require any keyboard tray hardware to be screwed in. Everything is included. To install the keyboard tray, simply pull down two locking mechanisms, slide the tray in, and then pull the locking mechanisms up to secure the tray. Pushing down the locking mechanisms and pulling the tray out is all that is required to remove it. It's as simple as that. br>br>In addition, the slot for inserting a phone or tablet that was previously present on the main level has been removed in this new version. It isn't shown in the most recent product description, but it can be found in older versions' reviews, videos, and photos. I wasn't expecting to get it, and I'm not sure I'll miss it.
