I find it to be a little low. Since I am over 6 feet, I have to lean over a little to reach the handle to push it, so the push handle is lower than a standard grocery shop shopping cart. Being able to lean over is something I try to avoid due to my bad back.
In my opinion, the tools were a Phillips screwdriver and a 9/16's wrench. The process is very simple.
Both the bottom and the top of the legs fit into the top and bottom trays. Fitting the ends into the grooves is molded into the ends. It seems unlikely that you could make this any Is that so? Unless you bought smaller wheels?

It was related to the M8 carriage bolts, split lock washers they used (ah, those are the ones), and hex nuts that were I. A. 1. Using split lock washers is a terrible engineering choice- The use of washers actually makes things worse. They prevent bolts from coming undone even worse than no washers. Do yourself a favor and replace the split lock washers and regular hex nuts that come with this kit with Nylock nuts if you are planning to use the cart as a highly mobile cart rather than a mostly stationary shelving set. 25). You might be able to avoid the split lock washers by simply over-tightening the fastener The plain hex nuts need to be tightened to prevent them from coming loose, but you'll probably round out the square base of the carriage bolt in the plastic shelf before you get them 2* B* B++ I was unable to rotate one of the swivel casters completely 360 degrees without hitting at least one of the nuts. No matter how they were adjusted, they hit at least one of them. By swapping out the plain hex nuts included with this cart for standard M8 Nylock nuts, the interference was reduced As hex nuts, the nuts that come with this cart have an OD of 9/16" (despite the fact they are M8 threaded), and Nylock nuts are a smaller OD of 13mm. I adjusted it so that only one nut barely touched the caster, but even then I had to grind down the steel plate where the nuts were hitting. I would give 5 stars if the product came with Nylock nuts out of the box and if it.
In terms of construction, this item is a knockoff of the popular (I don't want to identify the brand) carts that are so popular. This cart is half the price of another well-known cart (of which I own more than 20), so I decided to take a chance. As soon as I opened the cart out of its shipping carton, I was concerned that the handle was not molded into the top shelf, that you actually had to attach it to the top shelf during assembly (this was not shown in the In any case, I would never bring this cart to a jobsite because I do not think it would It is not likely that I will purchase another of these carts in the future. BTW I did leave the cart in the garage at home, it's all loaded with my girlfriend's gardening supplies and she loves it so much.
We like this cart because it's quite big and decent in The other two wheels remain stationary. Two of the wheels rotate completely, the rest do not. One of the wheels didn't have enough bolts to be properly secured as well. With a 437-pound delivery, I tested the weight limit and the legs kept the cart upright with slight buckles, however it bent the steel screws holding the wheels to the cart, so now the wheel keeps twisting when I push it. Seeing that there is no option to contact the seller, I hope that someone will read my comment and get in touch with me to help me resolve the issue. It would be nice to leave 4 stars, but I'll wait until I get some help first!.
I strongly advise you not to buy! We put it together and it was horrible! There are four screws holding the top tray in place, while the other eight simply spin into A single wheel does not have a lock. There was never a mention that any of the wheels lock, so that is my fault as far as dislikes go. You will spend the next few hours chasing your tools all over your workspace if the wheels aren't locked. I find the tray slots so narrow that they are too small to work with, since my hands (both male and female) are relatively small. In order to grip something that is lying on the bottom of the trays, it is impossible to pick up screws or tools. The cart that you are considering to buy should not be purchased.
I think it might be a big deal for some people. I was not using it for my own use. In any case, I gave it 5 stars despite the fact that it was really a 3 star cart for I was able to assemble it fairly easily. WEN was a bit cheap when they could have included one extra screw of each type, but I wish it wasn't so. That is not what the bean counters like! One of the screws was defective, however. Clearly, the machine did not punch the Phillips head, so it is just a smooth surface. There's no good in that. This brace is well constructed with only three screws, but it seems to be ok when it's not overloaded. Even so, I don't intend to use it for any really heavy loads. It is still necessary to visit Home Depot to obtain the replacement screw very soon. Having called the company, I have not heard back from them. That was the case for me. I hate sitting on hold for long periods of time. If you don't mind, I can try again. Anyway, I don't need to start venting about the cart, it's very nice. If you're reading this review, then there's a good chance that you'll get all good parts with it and will really enjoy Your design is wonderful and I love it a lot.
I purchased two of these to act as a rolling table top base in an unheated area that causes most metal stands to rust. They arrived on time and in perfect condition. There was no missing hardware and it was of good quality. Using a 9/16 inch wrench and a screw driver, it took about 20 minutes to assemble. As directed, I did not need a rubber mallet to complete the project. Because I'm an engineer in plastics, I'm amazed that this product has been designed based on consideration of every weakness. It would be better if the hardware was stainless steel. My cart is more than capable of supporting the rated load of 500 pounds, and I am sure it will serve us well for many years to come.
First of all, I own three of these carts from Harbor Freight, and as I was in the market for another, I wanted to see what was this cart compared to the Harbor Freight ones - it is As with Harbor Freight, the product arrived disassembled and packaged in a single box. A single socket and hammer are all that are needed to assemble it. As for the rest of the cart, the material and thickness of parts are exactly the same as those on the Harbor Freight cart. It only takes about 15 minutes and is fairly straight-forward. The wheels are a slight improvement over the Harbor Freight wheels because they have thin rubber for tire tread. It was easy to mistake the plastic parts for being cast from the same plant at first glance, but as I inspected them very closely there were 4 or 5 large differences between them. The cart in question is basically the same as the one sold It is a good value for the price, however, it should be used only in a garage not in a commercial setting.
