The answer to that question is unknown to me. The cart was left with my successor after I left my last employer. The cart has a major design flaw, in my opinion. A cage was not present on the bottom shelf, and items would fly out of it when turning a corner. In that case, I would recommend that you don't use

This little cart has been a great help in my office. As I transport heavier items, I use it frequently. When a colleague came to work one day, When a coworker asked if I had a new walker, I replied, "Yes, I do. ". It made me laugh and I said, "Yes. " There are no latches or other devices to prevent boxes or other items from sliding off the bottom when the cart is pushed - I would have given it 5 stars except that I did not find anything to keep a box from falling out when the cart is pushed. Learning the hard way is the best way to learn! Then, I ties a bungee cord around the bottom area of the box to keep items from sliding around. This is all- Taking the whole picture, I found it an excellent purchase.
I will - The dot is the dot. It is much more efficient to distribute mail in this manner than the other way I was doing it. It is not quite as solid as I thought it might be (almost like a Walmart cart, I get a little pull to one side), but it does the job. I also enjoy pushing my cart down the halls and I get a kick out of seeing people enjoy it.
Upon receiving this cart, I was very excited. I need a cart of this size for what I need to do. Bolts do not stay on, however, because the end pieces do not stay in place. There are 6 end pieces that I have lost already and I need to look for replacements now. This is a big disappointment for me. I would give this product 5 stars if I didn't lose those pieces!.
Obtaining it was a very good experience for the employee who requested it.
Although it took a couple of tries to get organized, this product was easy to assemble. The wheel nuts can be tightened with just pliers or a wrench. It takes only one person to assemble.
In order to cant the rear wheel, the holes in the axle were drilled so that the wheel is off a few The quality of the product is poor.
The case is lightweight, easily maneuverable, and holds more than most other cases. I highly recommend this tool for transporting coffee supplies and the like around the office. It does make a little bit of noise but not too loud or high-pitched. It fits nicely in a small closet and is easy to access and exit from an elevator. The bottom shelf has no sides, which is a good feature since oversized items can be put on it.
It was of good quality. It was the perfect size for our small, busy office. I would highly recommend.
