I'm not sure, but I like it as a podium for my talks because it has enough room for my computer and other items. Very well made, strong, sturdy, and appealing. It is something I strongly suggest.
No, this unit has a slanted surface that does not flatten out.
I'm not sure, but it appears to be a substantial and stable platform. I'm guessing it'll be around 30 pounds.
Metal is what it is. It's built to last!

Even with carpal tunnel, I was able to put this together in about an hour; it's simple enough, but the holding things together while screwing the various pieces together can be frustrating. I didn't need the extra screws that came with it. Due to carpal tunnel, I was struggling with the last few screws when a student came in and asked, "Ikea?" " Yes, it's almost as good as an Ikea product, and it assembles similarly. I am 5'3" tall and always wear flat shoes, and my height is one notch below the highest. I could probably take it down a notch or two, but I decided that it was fine the way it was. I'm looking forward to putting it to the test in a high school classroom where all of the furniture is being replaced. arranged on a weekly basis I have some magnetic baskets that I intend to use to hold pens and other small items on the podium. The circular outlet cutout insert was greasy in some way. Unfortunately, I touched it before starting to assemble the podium, so I had to clean the greasy spots off the podium after I was finished, which was a pain.
It's both sturdy and elegant. This is a fantastic product. We're using it as a podium for our new fellowship meetings, and it's incredibly sturdy, elegant, and expensive-looking, with a second layer that's ideal for holding a drink, additional notes, and other items. Because the slanting top piece's edge is a little sharp, I'm going to add a plastic binder edge to the steel to soften it. Aside from that, this podium is fantastic. Starting at midnight, when I was exhausted, it took me less than an hour to complete the entire piece. Even on the carpeted floor, it rolls easily, and the brakes are effective. I looked at a lot of different things and this was by far the best deal for the money.
The podium will be used in a public meeting room and should be able to withstand some wear and tear. It's simple to move around the room and get to where you need to go. The only drawback will be adjusting the podium's height. To slide the body up and down on the stand, two screws on each side must be removed, and then the screws must be re-installed. When the correct height has been achieved, the insert is inserted. Due to the weight of the podium's body, adjusting the height will require two people. However, you can't have everything for the price of the podium and its strength.
" This is an excellent podium. Don't be duped by the claim that it's "adjustable. " Adjusting the height of the podium takes several minutes and laying it over. It's best for speakers with a fixed height, not for speakers with varying heights.
Because my wife is a teacher who works from home (thanks to COVID), we needed to set up a workstation where she could teach her online classes. This stand-up desk was the ideal size for the space, being neither too large nor too small, and being on wheels, it could be pushed out of the way when not in use. It's a good value for the money, and it's simple to put together.
This lectern podium costs more than the other brands, but it is made of very heavy and solid steel, so it is well worth the money; the assembly was simple and easy, and the instructions were very clear. I would strongly suggest it.
You can buy a magnetic advertising sign to put on the front and I put it together in no time!.
Live sales are something we do. It's ideal to have the laptop on because we can use it for shipping and a variety of other tasks. Extremely durable.
