NO, it does not come assembled, and putting it together with the tiny pieces is a real pain in the neck. The way the pieces fit together is HORRIBLE, and things fell apart multiple times while I was putting it together, and they are still falling apart!
Yes. The top sorters are sold separately.
Hello, br>In the product and features information provided, the overall and detailed dimensions of the product are included. The true dimensions are 5 inches wide, 12 inches long, and 12 inches tall.
The dividers are permanently installed and cannot be moved. The two side compartments are about 3 1/2 inches wide, and the large middle compartment is about 5 inches wide, with a total length of 8 3/4 inches. For small desk items, there's actually quite a bit of storage. Mine is one of my favorites.

I just received this desk organizer and I'm very impressed. br>The majority of the product is assembled, with the exception of the plastic tabs that hold everything together. To prevent slipping, the bottoms are rubberized. This organizer will be used to store my school books as well as any other supplies that may be required. br>It appears to be sturdy enough to hold my belongings, but the dividers that keep my books upright may wear out with continued use. br>I'm giving it a four because I'm going to see how well it holds up during my first week of school. br>Includes instructions, extra plastic pieces, and one rubber leg.
This was disappointing to say the least, as I was looking forward to using it in my classroom as an iPad charging station. "I put it together" is how I would describe it. and even the tiniest touch causes the pieces to fall apart. It was knocked over by a few scraps of paper. I secured it on both sides with binder clips; the photo only shows one side with clips, but it really needs support on both sides. So, in general, don't squander your cash. It is reasonably priced.
The organizer arrived and is exactly as described; however, when I opened the packages containing the hardware for assembling the folder/letter trays, I knew there would be issues. The box's plastic hardware is of poor quality, and it does not securely hold the folder/letter trays. In fact, they were so bad that instead of returning the unit for a refund, I decided to complete the unit by riveting the trays myself. I've included a photo of the rivet job that was ultimately successful in resolving the issue. The manufacturer must be aware that the components included with the unit are sub-par. standard, and they should be ashamed of themselves for selling such a poorly designed product. It's a nice organizer; it's just a shame they cut corners on the assembly hardware.
The small drawer and shelf are particularly appealing to me. The top paper-organizing feature, on the other hand, is a complete disaster. If you put anything else in it besides an envelope, it will pop out and fall over. My only other option is to superglue the thing together, which I'm not sure will hold because the pins are these flimsy little plastic plugs. Total design fail. I would not recommend it to a friend, and I will not purchase another product from this company.
The dividers are held in place by push pins that POP OFF! I'm amazed at how well this product was received. I own a spa and was using this to keep the various paperwork we require clients to complete (such as prenatal forms, physician permission, and so on) organized. As previously stated, if you only need them to hold a few sheets of paper (as shown in the product image), you'll be fine.
I haven't even put anything in the third drawer yet. The sliding drawer holds a lot, including colored markers in one drawer and all the odd-sized stuff like cell phone repair tools, extra cases, batteries, and so on. This took a large, unruly pile and turned it into a tidy, easily accessible collection of items. amazing. I'm amazed at how much it can hold- The previous pile was enormous, but now it appears to be nothing.
This was the only desk organizer that had the spaces I required, but I was concerned about the assembly issues reported in the reviews. The critics were right: the plastic inserts are inconsistent and insufficient to secure the top dividers to the shelf frame. It was necessary for me to take them out and glue them back together. br>br>More importantly, as I was gently pressing the plastic "rivets" into place, one end of a top shelf cross-brace broke off. The top shelf (on which the dividers sit) sagged in one corner because the bar had become detached from the frame. br>br>I'm currently gluing that bar back onto its frame in the hopes that it will be able to support the weight. However, I would advise you not to buy this desk organizer.
I couldn't figure out what was wrong, so I called and left a message with customer service. They returned my call within two hours and informed me that I had assembled the pieces incorrectly. I started by placing the white piece in the middle, followed by the divider, and finally the black piece. THIS WAS IN FACT INACCURATE. br>br>You should start by placing the divider on the base and aligning it with the hole. The white piece is then inserted, followed by the black piece, which snaps into place and secures it. Those who gave it poor reviews below me, I believe, had the same problem as I did. I'm grateful for the help I received. I'm hoping that my article will be useful to future buyers. Excellent product:.
