It would be a major inconvenience for me to return it, since I already tore the packaging away.

In the back, there is 3 inches of free space that cannot be used. There is 3 inches of space in the back of the drawer and they do not tell you about it and the drawer doesn't pull out all the way, which is not helpful for someone with a lot of files, I bought 4 of these and the drawer never pulls out all the way. To replace them, one of our HR members will need to purchase 4 more file cabinets and move them somewhere. In the back of these cabinets is a lot of empty space that cannot be used.

There is no packaging to speak of. Reviewers had stated that the file cabinet would be difficult to use. This was a major concern for me. As soon as I got my package, I was so disappointed to discover that it was As soon as I got it back, I packaged it up again. I was able to get the file cabinet I needed on its own. While I wouldn't say the material is extremely sturdy, it was quite nice for the price and I would have given it 5 stars if I had. There was nothing well packaged about my cabinet I'm not certain how others' cabinets were packaged, but mine was not well packaged. The material of the cabinet IS fragile, and there is a lot of foam and cardboard so it is no good if there is not enough for this application. It is not surprising that it was damaged in transit. The return request just went through, so I am hoping that it will go through smoothly.

This was the first time that I had concerns that it would be dented. I think it's a great There is no difficulty in sliding drawers. The purchase turned out to be a good one. I would recommend this to others.

While the response stated that the product I purchased is "KEYED DIFFERENTLY [there are] 50 DIFFERENT KEY CODES FOR [the] PRODUCT", I've only had it for less than 6 months at that point. A person with the same key that is associated with the cabinet I purchased has no explanation for having received the exact same key. It is not possible to access my cabinet with a key I have given out. There is no possibility that I have left my keys available to anyone else. There was no unlocked cabinet left in my house. I acquired a key to the cabinet I purchased, so it's clear that someone accessed the cabinet. The key lock series related to the cabinet needed to be obtained by someone. To determine the source, further research would need to be conducted. A description of how and from whom the series of locks were compromised and revealed. We provide a quick explanation of how the system works. Amazon and the provider took a very long time to respond to my request. A new cabinet should have been provided to me free of charge, or my cabinet cost should have been refunded. It seems obvious why someone would have hacked the lock information and similar keys if there was no legal reason. It is only possible to explain this situation by claiming someone used unethical and illegal measures to access the site. Therefore, they were able to compromise belongings that were otherwise secured. It was because of this exact situation that I purchased the cabinet.

When fully opened, the drawer measures 39" wide. It was an exact match. It is true that if the drawer opened at least an inch further, I would be able to reach the back completely, but that is the only downside and even still, it's so much better than what I had before that I can't complain. Although there are a few imperfections, I am grateful for them and accept them. According to several reviews, some customers claimed to have received damaged products - this made me think their product might be faulty It is best to take note of the seller from whom you are buying it and make sure they do not charge restocking fees The seller must charge a reasonable stocking fee, otherwise the buyer would be totally on their own if they sold an inferior product. When opening the box, be careful because everything is packed very tightly and it would be hard to put it all back together if they were forced to return the item. Let me know if that was helpful!.

Despite its great looks and stylish design, I was disappointed in the fact that it came banged up. I read other reviews that had the same issue, but figured it happened to only a few people at the time. The box will not even need to be returned since I'm not even wasting time on I will bang it into place as best as I can.

We received our package in a timely manner. There was no damage and the process was quick. They are sturdy, and the drawers are ready to be used as a filing cabinet. For the office, this is a great quality. I also ordered the dolly, and that was awesome as well.
