It hasn't been a problem. There are a few very minimal and slight dents in the body, so it is brand new in all aspects. The condition of this file cabinet was much better than the other similar cabinets I ordered online. The paint finish is excellent. I'm not sure why the lock appears to lock all drawers at the same time, rather than lock them one by one. This is a sturdy product that does not weigh a lot. It is easy to open and close drawers.
