When I attached the handle to the top drawer, it opened as if nothing had happened. A small drawer was closed at the top and the unit was positioned upstairs until there was time to move files to the I attempted to open the top drawer after the return window closed but was unable to do so. A proof of purchase was requested from the seller. I provided proof of purchase and the seller suggested I shake the handle until I had it jiggling without any ill effects. The bottom drawer is now a source of fear for me, as I am afraid it will not open at some point, entrapping my paperwork within.

There is a drawer above the drawer where the files are in a separate drawer, and there is clear space for more storage above the drawer. This is a mobile unit on wheels that makes moving around easy. It has one disadvantage I didn't take the time to check if the file drawer could be locked, which it.

I love how this item looks and how easily it can be moved throughout the office.
Also, the packaging in which the item came in was one of the best that Foam and metal framing were used to protect the packaged product during transit so that it would not suffer any damage. Overall, I am very pleased with the product as it was delivered, and I would order from them again without hesitation.

A few minutes were needed to put it together. This is a sturdy chair that is easy to move. We could fit it perfectly into the 19 inch space. There are a lot of drawers in this hotel for storing our laptops, chargers, and extra paper. In addition to desk supplies, there is a space for office supplies. I like the way it looks too. Thank you for our purchase! We are very happy with it!.

The cabinet is solid, but completely broken by the two handles, which are of different sizes, and means one of them is unusable.
