This little cabinet held a lot of promise for me. Everything I needed to finish my makeshift office was included in the package, but the most important component was the locking drawer - it provided security. It has a wide base that I can't use, and the dimensions they provide for the interior drawers are wrong. The dimensions are 10 1/16" wide by 11 1/4" deep, which is just a hair short of what I need to store. As far as repairing the cabinet door goes, I will probably buy a lock since disassembling and returning it and finding something new doesn't seem worth the hassle. I would like to voice my disappointment. There is no question that the quality of the product is acceptable, but the components could be lined up more tightly. To sum up, it is a decent product for the price, if you don't care about the drawers.
Shipped within a small, tight box with a layer of very thin Styrofoam all around, the parts were protected from damage. It was barely holding together, and the tape covering the box had come off. Although the drawer rails are already installed and aren't leveled properly, the item appears nice. It causes the drawers to refuse to close and the whole unit to sit unevenly.
