It works, but the sponge is only half as big as the cup

It's strange; perhaps they're attempting to save money by shrinking the sponge. It works, but the next time I'll probably buy something else.

Does not live up to the hype

The sponges do not look like they do in the picture. They are at least a half-inch short of the top, which is insufficient for our needs. After returning the first batch, I received another with the same problem. They were perfect, and I found them at another office supply store.
