Made of a thick acid-free Polypropylene material that is waterproof, tear resistant, and easy to clean. Clear features allow you to quickly locate the files you require.

These were purchased to store small craft projects and were ideal because they could be stored out of the way and the contents could be seen well enough to be identified.

Strings are of poor quality

The closure's string portion is of poor quality. Half of the batch has frayed and is no longer usable (see photo; left is how it arrived, right is how it disintegrates). I had a second batch of these envelopes (unknown brand) that I used for years with no problems. This batch began to disintegrate almost immediately. The plastic, on the other hand, appears to be of good quality and has held up well.
