No, I doubt it. They don't completely seal the airtightness of the bag. To ensure complete protection, place items in a ziplock bag first, then store them in the envelopes.
The folder is not expandable, but it can hold a lot of paper depending on the weight of the paper or cardstock. They're where I keep my cardstock 8. The weight of 5x11 is 60 lbs. 110 Each pocket should hold about 30 to 50 sheets. That's why I bought them in the first place. They keep the cardstock from getting creased and keeping it clean. Several of these have been purchased by me. I am very pleased with my purchase.
They appear to be a little longer than a standard hanging file folder. They have more capacity than a regular folder and can hold more papers. I keep mine in a bankers box-sized plastic tote to keep craft supplies visible.
I hope this helps. The clasp closure keeps things from falling out, but it doesn't keep water out.

These envelopes came in handy for me. They were perfect for grouping flashcards by subject, and the best part is that they are thin enough to be punched through with a puncher. I was able to keep everything together in a single binder.
These envelopes are fantastic; I use them to keep track of my crafts, important papers, and patterns. They are extremely strong and hold a lot of weight. Prepare to purchase additional items. A minimum of 150 copies of the paper are required. Cardstock for greeting cards (approximately 60 sheets, 110 lb weight).
Things kept falling out, and the book was filling up to the point where turning the pages was difficult without ripping some out. Papers and dividers will no longer be lost or ripped. I'm so pleased with these small folders that I'm reorganizing every file drawer and binder in the house. Labeling and hole punching these clear plastic folders for 3 ring binders is a breeze. I'm looking forward to going through the drawer that houses all of my appliance and electronic manuals.
Clear ploy envelopes with a button closure come in 50 packs. They're ideal for storing standard letter-size paper and other small items. The button closure is simple to operate and durable. br>br>My only complaint about these is that the button closure makes stacking difficult because they are all in the same place.
These are fantastic! They're the ideal size for storing my center activities in the classroom. They're simple to snap and unsnap, and they appear to be very durable. I'm going to keep purchasing!.
The envelopes are transparent enough that the contents can be identified quickly. br>br>I haven't tried all of the envelopes, but the snaps seem to work on all of the ones I've tried. They're long-lasting. br>br> I've been carrying a few in a tote bag to and from work for weeks, and they're still going strong. br>br>I keep them in my tote bag for storing papercraft supplies and protecting papers. These are high-quality items.
For the larger ones, these envelopes were ideal. Finding the right packaging that would provide durability, support, and still allow customers to see the design was challenging. I don't need to look any longer; these were ideal for my needs!.
These envelopes are fantastic! I teach art and was looking for something inexpensive that could hold 9x12" drawing paper, scrap computer paper, a few pencils, a marker or two, and erasers for each of my students. This is perfect! We used to make our own paper portfolios, but in the age of Covid, these are much easier to keep clean and travel with, as they neatly fit in their book bags. They are well worth the money, and the children enjoy them.
