I did not expect them to be like this. In order to make it more clear, they have a snap closure, not velcro. mentions that they expand, and that the dimensions are 1" in width and height. This is not the case. The bottom does not expand or expand at all, rather it looks as if a piece of plastic has been folded and sealed on all A very disappointing experience.
