The folder does not expand at the bottom, but it can hold up to 2 lbs. a sheet of letter-size paper measuring 3 inches by 3 inches
I'm not sure; you'll have to check with the seller, but the envelopes are incredible. I think this is a fantastic project.
Yes, it fits, but you can't close the flap because of the file folder tab. You'd need to tape down the rabbit fold and cut it off backwards.
There are no holes for a binder in these.

I've now placed an order for four sets! It organizes and cleans up my papers.
I printed and stuffed the application forms and brochures into the envelopes. I intended to cut the logo out of vinyl and apply it to the shirts, but I never got around to it. The packets are of excellent quality and appear to be quite attractive. br>br>I wholeheartedly endorse them!.
This is fantastic! They arrived on time and in perfect condition. I keep scrapbook paper scraps in them. They're not large enough to fit 12x12, but they'll suffice for my needs. The snaps appear to be in good working order, and the plastic does not appear to be prone to tearing (I'm sure they'll wear out with heavy use, but at such a low cost, I'd be happy to replace them).
'Gifts' are always appreciated by the participants. They adored these folders, with several remarking on how cool it was to get their materials in such a clear folder.
