I am not exactly sure of the nature of the question, but if I recall correctly, these were standard paper envelopes. There is only a difference in size. In addition to the #9 and a letter, it fits well within the #10.
This tint has a blue pattern.

You will be able to use these business envelopes as you need. I received a business check from Chase that fits perfectly in this pouch. As happens with all security enhanced envelopes, you can make out check numbers if you work hard enough. But hey, There is nothing left to be concerned about.
